Chef, you have become one of my favorite chefs on TH-cam. Keep spittin out these fire dishes!! Great video editing as well! Cheers from southern California USA!
One of the very best chefs on TH-cam. Taught me how to marinade my chicken and really get the flavour I'm looking for. Thank you very much keep the videos coming. Much love from Australia!
Think I forgot to report back - this was superb. Not many of my housemates around at the moment, so I ended up eating far more of the leftovers than I should have done... worth putting on a few extra pounds for 👍
It's nice to see you replying to all your comments .. I remember watching your videos last ramadaan and im here again this ranadaan lol .. hope Allah allows your chanel to blow because I deffo think its under rated but this recipe looks wicked .. can't wait to make it for me n the mrs.

Chef, thank you for the wonderful dish. A thousand thanks to you. I always like to follow all the videos. I have a question. If you please, write to me the name of the masala spices that you use. I found many types, and I do not know which type to choose. Thank you. 🙂🌷
Great 👍food! Sorry man, where I am... I always wach ur channel, I'm in 💖 with the food, it's halal, this is the most important to me, like the "kashrut"!Same Father.. another mummy....you help me so so much, with the ingredients and... Beautiful and very tasty meals! Thank you for every thing. Peace and 💖
Seriously considering cooking this right now... really shouldn't have watched it at 4am haha. Quick question, recipe says 2 tablespoons salt for the rice and chicken - is that right or should it be 2 teaspoons? Seems like a lot, but I guess there's a lot of rice to season as well as the meat. Glad you're still putting out vids!
Amazing recipe. I cannot make it but i wonder if you can tell us what this is called in a restaurant (indian/turkish/pakistani). Where can i get a dish that exactly looks like this and tastes like this? In UK of course
@@HalalChef like with the regular basmati rice I cook on low flame for 10/12 minutes and then steam with flame off for another 10 minutes. Is it the same process for the sella rice also?
Cook them on medium high heat until there is some water left on the top, almost bubbling away. Then turn the heat to low, almost like it is touching the pan. Cover with kitchen cloth and steam for 12 minutes. This applies to the Basmati rice which were soaked for half an hour.
Had great fun making this for you guys. Hope you will enjoy this recipe. Can we get 1000 likes on this video please? Thank you :)

Glad you're still putting out vids!
Thanks for watching. You are right, it is 2 tablespoons as we are cooking a lot.
Yup, I thought the same but 2 tbsp is the perfect amount because of all the water and rice and the chicken absorbs some too, excellent recipe!!!
Excuse me, what is the name of the rice you used? I'm looking for a long grain rice like the one you're using, thank you 🙂
There are few types, Sella Basmati is a good option. Soak in water for 90 min before using
@@HalalChef ok thank you very much chef 🌹

Is chicken legs nessecary or can you use chicken breast too?
Sure, use whatever part you like
Amazing recipe. I cannot make it but i wonder if you can tell us what this is called in a restaurant (indian/turkish/pakistani). Where can i get a dish that exactly looks like this and tastes like this? In UK of course
Thank you. Not sure what they call it but just ask for chicken and rice. Or Grilled chicken and rice.
Is there no description to the amount of each thing you add to the pot?
Check the description, everything is there 🙂
@@HalalChef Thanks. Will have to try this one.
No problem. Try this as well, th-cam.com/video/HN-68RgGLEM/w-d-xo.html.
Do you cook the rice on low flame for 10 minutes like basmati rice?
Do you mean how long you need to steam up the regular Basmati Rice?
@@HalalChef like with the regular basmati rice I cook on low flame for 10/12 minutes and then steam with flame off for another 10 minutes. Is it the same process for the sella rice also?
