2 cups long grain or basmati rice
Lukewarm water to soak rice

1 chicken stock cube

1 small roasted red bell pepper

2 tsp cumin

1 white onion
1 jalapeno
Small handful coriander
Salt to taste
1/2 tsp black pepper
1 can full of black beans
1/2 cup water
►Guacamole
1/2 white onion
1 green serrano chili
15g fresh coriander
Juice of 2 limes
Zest of 1 lime
Half white onion
1 tomato
15g fresh coriander
3 large avocados
2 tsp mexican oregano
1 tsp salt or to taste
►Salsa Roja

Going to try this tomorrow. Already tried 5 of your recipes and they have all been what I would pay top price for in a restaurant
Only thing I struggle with is not burning the rice to the bottom. This is probably a combination of me using electric cooker not a gas one and maybe the pan I'm using. Can never get it right 😩
Thanks man and yeah electric ones are painful. Use a oven safe pan and steam them in a preheated oven
