Where exactly does this video actually show "How to Check if Shades Have UV Protection"? And I mean check, not read it on a sticker that any vendor can stick on them. I have 2 pairs of glasses that said "polarized" and both aren't.

Same thing, i was expecting this video to let us know how exactly but I don't think this video answers their own question. *Sad* deceiving title

You'll simply know that your sunglasses are polarized by trying to hold it infront of an on smartphone screen or Tv screen or whatever electronic screen. try to tilt the sunglasses left or rights slowly, if the view has some rainbows and slowly tilt it more and the view on the lens turns black. Then that's a polarized sunglasses

Which one is better b/n uv 400 and uv 420 ? Please provide knowledge ...

UV 420 has an extra layer that protects your eyes from blue light i.e light from laptop and phone screens. Your life style should help you decide which is more suiting for you. If you spend more than 3hrs staring into a screen, you may need to get a UV420 glassses but if you're mostly outdoors, UV400 is enough.
      Hope this helps

My question is Is this glasses UV400 is good to my condition?

You dont have to wear sunglasses to protect your eyes! But if you want to wear sunglasses as shades from bright sun you have to wear sunglasses with UV protection! This video is misleading.

Unfortunately we can't answer your question. Only a Doctor can recommend treatment. UV 400 glasses protect your eyes from sunlight and other UV sources, It may be helpful with light sensitivity but I'll recommend you see another Doctor (Optician) for a proper check on the eyes
