I don't know if this applies to other states, but in N.C. you can no longer put missing person fliers on people's cars. I don't know why this is. Maybe someone's windshield wiper was damaged? But people were also putting advertisements for local businesses on cars too and most people just threw them on the ground so it was a big littering problem too. I don't like the idea of someone touching my car, but for a missing child, that's different. I wouldn't mind it then.
I know this is an old episode so I looked up Melissa Brennan to see if she's ever been found. She hasn't been. 😢
And Hughes was released from prison. 😢
