I really like Tom’s recipes and watching him make them. I’ve tried a few although I find them a bit complicated. I always see comments like the below (“It looks so good!”) but I rarely see comments that say, “I made this last night and it was so good.” I know this channel’s mission is to promote products that can be purchased at ATBBQ but I’d like to see some recipes that feature rubs and marinades that you can make from ingredients you can buy from your neighborhood grocery store.
Man, you have all the cool toys, Chef Tom. Hopefully, I'll someday have the cash flow for some of these. I definitely will be making this for dinner this weekend. It looks soooo good!!!

Every time I watch your videos and I think of a question in my head I swear the next sentence out of your mouth answers it. I'm glad I live in Wichita. I'll be in today to pick up some Italiano seasoning so I can do this on my 640.
I'm all over this with the exception of the parmesan cheese I prefer pecorino romano in my home made Alfredo sauce. I'm g do this in my original UUni pro pizza oven, Damn this is gonna be epic!!!!
I made this yesterday and way too much garlic for my liking. I will make it again and just cut down on the garlic, it would be fine for those who like tons of garlic.
Have you ever done any episodes using bison meat I think that would be cool and seeing as it's known to be a healthier option to beef and its a native animal to the states and everything
