Wow Troy! I’m very sad to hear of this.This is unfortunate as mine, which is still pretty much stock except for the shocks, which I installed almost immediately upon receiving, as I had some laying around that fit perfectly. My experience has been much different. I’ve been using mine, jumping, stampeding through rutty tree rooted areas, doing tree flips, crashing and bad landings included. I’ve been running stock motor on 2 anx 3s lipos with no issues. I have however just recently cracked the body shell and broke both rear body mounts on this after many jumps on 3s and a few hard landings😝. I patched up the small cracks on the body shell and had a difficult time getting KF plan to answer back. I did ask them if parts would soon be available,(was having no luck finding any) and they told me that spares were on the way by the end of May or beginning of June. Still have not seen anything. Fortunately on Ali Express their is a seller of a Twin model to the K-10 which shares all the same parts. The seller said he has parts available, but not listed online yet. He did ask me what part#’s I needed to confirm availability. And now the parts are on the way. The store seller on Ali Express is: JIKEFUN RC Car Store a.aliexpress.com/_msOxD4o The twin truck model is the JT-100101. It shares all the same part numbers in your k10 manual. The only thing you did with your truck that I didn’t and don’t do are those back up wheelies. DeAndre from Drones and Dogs has a a great experience as well. I still recommend it. Just very unfortunate you got a bad one based off my recommendation. Hope this helps my friend . Still a very good and honest video which is what I appreciate and how I like to do my reviews as well. @@RoadsideRC nope, mine is the the same brushed one you have with the same big Traxxas style cv shafts you have. DeAndres truck came brushed as well, he just put a cheap Gool Rc in his after his initial review. He’s done a number of videos with it with that brushless system. They don’t sell brushless versions yet. Not sure what happened on the one you got, maybe a random flaw? I honestly do like this truck. I did order a spare body from that link I gave you as well as those body mount posts. Should be in today or tomorrow. 🥳 I just hope they get their parts catalogue and availability on a couple of the sites that carry this line of trucks. 🙏🏻

I buyed a couple of " Cheap " Rc Cars for my son as he was a little. But honestly , every time i was very disappointed after short time , no matter wich brand . Ordering spare Parts was every Time the biggest Problem , and i needed a lot of it :-) . Nice unboxing and Review . Have a nice Weekend .
I have this. No issues with the drive shaft. We've had a lot of fun actually. We did break off the rear body posts today which was our fault. My complaint is where do I buy the vo22 replacement part listed? It does not help to listed the parts with a link or directions WHERE to get the part. So I've spent the last hour of my day with really no success. The best I've seen is a reddit post that has the same issue but has given up finding a part
Any idea where to get parts? I've been looking everywhere even borrowed your one poster's post regarding the Ali express and trying to find parts associated with the jt-10101 model with no success. My next step is to rig it but I'd rather not do destroy it I don't have to. I find it rather ridiculous there is a part list but no obvious place to get them. So everyone be aware of this huge issue with this rc car. I'd love to be recommended to a supplier that's looking to make a couple bucks.
@@RoadsideRC note - we both have the same brushed model you have. Dre from Drones n Dogs upgraded his to brushless after buying. Mine is still brushed like yours.
Yer can be very deceptive on them cheep rc cars it’s a bit of a copy of the mini max with the tube chassis not want to buy for the kids for sure good review troy 👍

You’re the first one who’s had issues that I’ve seen. Robbie had really good luck with his as did Dre at Drones and Dogs, and a couple others .
Turns out they had a slightly different model. Their is brushless - trying to confirm which driveshafts it has.

My rlaarlo 1/14 scale brushless truggy does wheel stands on demand, it's a wheely monster no backing up needed
Yes - I think the Rlaarlo vehicles are higher grade.
What size is the ESC, how big of a battery can it handle???
