I really loved, the OnePlus Sandstone cases, before I switched to iPhones, I used Oneplus 3, 5, 8 pro and 9 pro. I always used the sandstone and karbin fiber cases, they were really good, the sandstone one was extremely grippy, there was no chance of me dropping my phone in that case. It was also slim. I don’t know if you ever used those OnePlus cases, OnePlus even made it for the iPhone 6 once, and never made it again, which is a shame. But this case looks like that to me, if you ever used those before, you can tell me if this one feels like that one?
Overall, I feel there are some differences between them, as the Athlex is made of TPU with a rough, granulated finish that may wear down over time due to hand moisture. I watched a review of the OnePlus Sandstone case, and it seems to have a much finer texture and slimmer look.

With the OnePlus 8 series, they introduced a case with an unusually rough texture that even caused a bit of itching in my fingers-something many reviewers noted at the time. They reverted to a smoother finish with the 9 series. The cases were manufactured by Evutec, a brand that, unfortunately, seems to have stopped making cases. They offered a variety of finishes, like different types of wood, carbon fiber, and sandstone, all of which looked and felt premium. The wood finish, in particular, was so realistic that it felt like you could almost get a splinter from it-though, of course, it was synthetic! I really hope some company continues their legacy of high-quality, unique finishes.

I researched a bit about Evutec, looks like their website is down. The last phone case I saw on their Instagram is for the iPhone 13 series 😢
