You will get better, I promise! I also sucked at the tutorial when I first started, and I have only been playing for around 2 months. But now I am doing songs in the hard difficulty, which is a pretty big jump. I assure you that you will get there :)

hii welcome and well done! im sure ur going to improve so much in the time to come! a few really useful tips: -even tho this has been said a few times already, increasing the note speed would really help! as u progress to play harder difficulties, there will be more notes, so increasing the note speed would help space out the notes and make them easier to see. if u cant handle a high note speed now, dont worry! just gradually increase ur note speed by 0.1/0.2 whenever u feel ready! -challenge urself and play harder songs!! (if ur able to) personally i find that practicing with harder songs (yaminabe, machinegun poem doll, jinsei, intense voice etc) really helps u improve faster :D hope this helps!! good luck :D
tysm! I've been playing for a while and I'm lvl 18 now but when I do hard mode it seems to hard so for a hard song I do the song end of hatsune Miku on normal so it's at my pace but if it's hard mode it still seems levels ahead but tysm:)

i was just like u when i started i used to rage sm bc i just couldnt press😭 what helped me was to put the speed at 10,it was easier for me to hit faster than that slow as the game is set at first,if u cant 10 try 9:) curently im at speed 11.5 so its possible with practice! Keep going!
Tips for Project Sekai (the actual name of the game in JP version)! 1) Adjust your off set and turn off SFX and Character voices so you can get more combos. 2) Increase your speed to 10.4 (more or less depends on your rhythm game skill). 3) Try to use Virtual Singer version of a song that has Sekai version. Tgis makes the game 100% better! 4) Use 4 star cards if you have one, if not, then get diamonds and gacha on a rate up banner. 5) Level up items in Sekais, level up flowers and trees in a Real World. 6) (Only possible in the JP server) In the JP server (as of now), if you lose all of your life, you will finish the live without requiring to spend 10 crystals in Global version (because they copied the same thing in D4DJ). 7)Turn off skill cut outs (which makes you lose accuracy), skill bar thing (where the name of the skill is shown). 8) Decrease the brightness of the note lane. So when you play a song with an MV, you will more focused on the game, not the MV.

I literally just started playing 3 weeks before you! I promise that it's a really fun game and you'll enjoy it. I can play on Hard mode now, I genuinely font get how people play on expert, lol. If you feel like you can't hit the beats on time later on, you can turn the accuracy down, I don't think the tutorial teaches that. Honestly, I dont know what the team roles do either lmao, but I think the green one gives you more health, the purple one allows you to miss sometimes. I'm not sure though 😭😭 Anyway, Good luck! (I feel like I sounded like an NPC writing this)
Project sekai is really beginner friendly i started off as a pro on expert cquse i played bangdori but take ur time! Timing is smth that helped me a lot

that was the tutorial so I couldn't change the mode but now I do normal songs and some hard ones but I always die on hard ones even on lvl 17 hard mode songs (I'm level 19 now)

@@GamingWithLaure nope u can’t change it in tutorial but a lot of players get angry when they see someone playing at low speed bc it makes the game a lot more difficult (song on hard practically unplayable) so it’s better to learn on fast plus a faster reaction speed never hurt anyone 😉
btw if i can say something, try setting your timing offset (in the settings before playing a song) to lower! so that you tap to the beat and not earlier. i have to set it to -8 to -10 and also set SE (note sound effects) to 0% so it doesnt get confusing!

Hey! I'm here to give out tips for new PJSK players! Start off by setting your speed to 8.0 to get better! When I saw a video about PJSK tips, they said to change the speed to any speed you want to get better at the game! I tried it and I started to get better playing at it! Then, you can just increase or play around with the speed if you think the speed is way too slow or fast for you! When you have changed the speed,make sure to play normal mode first then hard mode if you think the normal mode is way too easy for you! Just start slow! Don't rush yourself! If you can full combo hard mode songs, I recommend you to play Level 22 or 23 Expert mode! I got my first Master mode when I got about 2 goods ,1 bad and 3 misses! You have to get 7 or fewer mistakes to unlock Master mode! To get characters, you should go to voucher exchanges, go to 3 star characters,and pick the characters you want! Don't just spend all of your gems in gacha! Save your gems so when you roll and you don't get a 4 star,you can just roll again! :) Make sure to read the main stories in the story mode so you can get gems and music cards! You really don't have to pay attention to the stories to get 50 gems and 2 music cards! You can just skip it and still get gems and music cards! That's all! :)

If you can full combo hard mode songs, I recommend you to play Level 22 or 23 Expert mode! I got my first Master mode when I got about 2 goods ,1 bad and 3 misses! You have to get 7 or fewer mistakes to unlock Master mode!
To get characters, you should go to voucher exchanges, go to 3 star characters,and pick the characters you want! Don't just spend all of your gems in gacha! Save your gems so when you roll and you don't get a 4 star,you can just roll again! :)
Make sure to read the main stories in the story mode so you can get gems and music cards! You really don't have to pay attention to the stories to get 50 gems and 2 music cards! You can just skip it and still get gems and music cards!
