- How to find deep water smallmouth bass in glacial lakes! This is a video I've been meaning to do for sometime, and while I was out fishing on Lake Winnipesaukee scouting new water for the high school bass fishing team I coached, I realized I finally had a perfect opportunity to do this. Finding deep water smallmouth isn't as hard as it seems. While different technology does make life a whole lot easier, you'd be surprised how much you can still get done with just a good depth chart of the body of water you're on, or a good pair of polarized sunglasses! This video goes a little more in depth on finding deep water smallmouth while using more electronics, but there's some good information for those that just have traditional 2D sonar!

Something a little different than usual, but is more like the kind of videos I did when I got started. Up here in Nova Scotia we find our big girls trolling with floating rapalas that look like a alewife or trout. Its keeping it simple and it seems to work

Thanks Chris, I appreciate it. One of the other things I've been working towards is getting a weekly livestream going too, and I'll do it here on the channel. The goal of that is to give more detailed information like this, but in a real time setting, since I'm usually a couple of weeks off between when I actually fished, and when I upload that video. Between that and more detailed videos like this, I'm hoping I can help a lot of anglers out.
