If you have severe dandruff it's always better to consult a healthcare professional and seek their advice, they can give you a proper course of medication and shampoos that will lessen the severity of dandruff.

Put the flame as low as possible and simmer for a while.

Dried Rosemary gives reddish brown colour. You can see it if you heat them in water, they will give reddish brown rosemary water.
