Careful guys, I got the duel motor two weeks ago and it is exhilarating, but the brake caliber gave out while I was heading down a hill in city traffic on my way to work and I took a pretty bad spill. Fortunately I had a helmet, but no matter how well you ride the scooter can be dangerous when a part just gives out like that.
Mine is still going well three years later,only upgraded the throttle and changed brake pads!
I love the old one. So much power :}

I like to run my scooter in Eco mode while riding with others, then switching it up to power mode and see their mouths drop as I fly by. Keep up the good work Fluidfreeride!

I love this e-scooter, I bought the Dual Motor version and I live in Italy where there are many climbs and descents (more than San Francisco .... 😂😂, and it works so well) and also fluidfreeride.com has excellent customer service , Jonas has always answered all my questions quickly.

lol - it's not wireless... It's the standard iphone headphones with a recording app on the phone - you can even see them in the video. Afterwards merged with the video track...

Appreciate your honesty regarding this scooter. However, the screen and voltage screen should be integrated and combined into one design to be well thought. This current setup with two screens looks extremely clumsy and DIY. It does not align at all with the excellent fit and finish of this scooter. Should be actioned during 2019 and not waiting again for next years design.
Indeed, it looks DIY because those voltage indicators can be bought as an accessory in various styles and by various manufacturers on the market. Regardless whether it's from Mercane or not, this is the easiest way for an upgrade if one doesn't want to redesign the electronics. Mercane went to China to look for a manufacturer for its scooter idea and adding this feature can be done instantly with low effort. Perhaps Julian as the distributor here can forward your feedback with a bit more weight but actually as a potential customer you can always address it directly to Mercane. However, since Kim Chang Il and his team thought well about fit and finish as you say, I presume they are very well aware of its unfashionable look if the manufacturer isn't offering this gimmick himself even. After all, for example car tuning companies come up with their own ideas how to upgrade a car they are working on.

I upgraded mine to 60V/ 32ah×2 and now my speed is at 80 kilometers amd a beast
Bravo! Love the ingenuity!! But seriously: the WideWheel is not intended to be ridden that fast. Small solid wheels at this speed will not give you enough stability. Be careful and wear some motorcycle gear…
@@fluidfreeride well look I live in Israel in Haifa everything is a mountain here and to tell you the truth the fastest I went up the hill was about 72 kilometers per hour pretty pretty much stable no shaking no nothing plus I weight 93 kilos and I'm about the 6 foot 3 so I got no problem it's pretty stable for me the guy that did it he put two controllers 60 watt battery and the thing is a freaking Beast and I'm the only one that has this kind of scooter hear lot of people are putting eyes on it they never seen a scooter like that personally I love it
@@fluidfreeride the not-so-fun part of it is I paid 15000 shekels for it which is like almost $4,000 but then again everything is freaking expensive here even the cheapest scooter xiaomi goes around almost a thousand bucks

You can theoretically do this. However, the unplugged front motor will slow you down a little vs. the plain single motor model. We recommend using ECO mode with both motors for saving battery

If I carried a small golf bag on my back ,would the battery last 18 holes on a hilly course. With golf bag I would weigh less than 100 kilograms?
I am not familiar with the distances on a golf course. A 100 kg rider should be able to do 13-15 miles at full speed and 18-25 miles when going in ECO mode.

I bought a unicycle but couldn't get the hang of it. Looking into getting this one dual motor. Seems a bit expensive so more research is needed before I commit to purchase. You don't see many people in England using these

Excellent scooter. had mine 2 weeks. upgraded throttle, even better. Cruising at 30 - 40 kph is fine. Any faster and i would be looking for something with bigger wheels.

no it does not. Rear mechanical disc brake only.
it looks awesome. I ll wait for a 3 wheels drive though. much more stable in snow, rain and dust. and much more convenient (weight, size and folding system as you have just fold it and we hear that you breath like after a marathon man).

4:05 looks like the grip tape is pealing off slightly.
Rick Deckard Lol grip tape is peeling off quite a bit... Mercane changed the adhesive for 2019 model as well. A few of the 2018s came like this out of the box due to humidity. In any case if that ever happens to you, we got plenty of fresh grip tapes in stock...

memo rodriguez I would get the Boosted Rev. Cannot even compare the two when it comes to build quality . Very dangerous only having one brake while going so fast. At the end of the day what’s the most important is safety. Good luck.

Yes you can... : ) you can roll it even ur scooter is off.
yes, any brushless motor off will actually have even less resitance. No damage done to motor just pushing it/walking beside it.

Hey I just got mine the 1000w battery 8.8 ?? It has the battery meter but I'm trying to get used to it what's the time time on the meter that I should keep an eye out what's like the dying time on the battery meter

Nice scooter but damn dude, mix in some hot soapy water now & again. At least wipe the fucker clean on filming day.
After one year you can put it into trash. Dont buy it, have one and is done after one year. Cheap components
