- The Supreme Court declined to intervene to stop Alabama from using nitrogen gas to execute a death row inmate, allowing for the execution to be carried out using the method Thursday for the first time in the United States. The prison system makes victims of all its inmates. The amount of torture inflicted on people because of the unjusr us cromonal system is what keeps the cycle going. Forgivess is key no one should be tortured to death for what Kenneth did.

When his original death sentence was overturned and he was retried, the jury voted 11-1 for life without parole. The judge overrode the jury and resentenced him to death. Judges can no longer do that in Alabama. Yes, he was involved in a horrible murder, but this isn’t going to bring closure.

This being done after a first attempt at death already failed is what does not sit right. That is considered cruel and unusual punishment via other precedence in the US. It is fundamentally important that the law is equally applied and followed, and based on several other high profile cases this should not proceed with this particular prisoner.

If an inmate can sit for 20 + years on death row, then why in the last hours is there all this rush??? If you do the crime, then do the fine....
