Helldivers 2 - Heightened overseer's flaw

This is proof Arrowhead devs are lazy and incompetent as fuck as well as don't fucking test their shit properly. Especially against the weapon they hold as the standard, the autocannon.
How the fuck does a flying overseer not get stunned when shot twice with an autocannon to the stomach and then have PERFECT aim right after and insta kill me?
How is the flying overseer not sent 20 meters back and spiralling out of control? Where is THEIR ragdoll? Why can you ragdoll and stumble a freaking harvester, that has thicker armour and 20x heavier, with an autocannon, but not a tiny flying overseer?
This happens all the fucking time!
This is why I'll be switching to the W.A.S.P as soon as it's ready.
I will annihilate every single overseer I see with the W.A.S.P launcher and I can make it the best illuminate build so far.
