    Nikons have a tiny focus dot in there viewfinders.
    Photographers with eye conditions usually swapped to a type of split focusing screen and they were much brighter and bigger than today's DSLRs.
    EVFs hurt my eyes.

      I will look into the Nikons, haven’t ever got my hands on one but have heard great things. Evfs mess with my eyes as well.

      @@berto_cento I think the F5 was the first one to use the focus assist dot. It also has two triangles on either side to tell you if you're front focusing or back focusing. Helps with my old D200 and manual focus lenses. It doesn't have the lens adjustment feature.

      It’s the Leica Summicron f2 35mm. Great every day lens. I’m interested in some 50mm but don’t have the cash right now
