Hey Kaleb, this was a very enjoyable video. Great interaction between you and Mabel. Please inform the builder that most buyers prefer to niches instead of shelves in the showers. Also, a sink in the laundry room would be a plus. And in the kitchen, I would like to see an exhaust hood that vents outside. The microwave should be relocated.

Hey Kaleb. Happy Monday. Like the elevation. Formal dining. Appreciate the 1/2 bath. 🍷storage. Thinking of the electric bill with those high ceilings re:A/C. Big beautiful kitchen & nook. Open concept. Coveted lanai. 1st floor primary. His/hers closets. Like the separated sinks. Linen closet. Love the shower. What was the door to the left of the shower? Huge loft. Laundry. Wait. Was there another laundry downstairs for the primary. Makes no sense they gotta climb upstairs to the laundry room. Pocket door or just close the door. Lost count of beds to baths 😂. 2nd home nice elevation. Didn’t expect that big sitting room , bed & ensuite when you turned to the right. So going further was the garage? Ok back out to storage & 1/2 bath. Nice open concept kitchen/living/dining. Beautiful paved covered lanai. Want my pool tho. Big primary & ensuite. Big closet. Big pantry. Bathroom. 2 bedrooms and big laundry 🧺 room. Unique layout. 20 minutes later? 😂. Mabel must’ve been working. Donuts as a bun are not appealing to me. Prefer a donut 🍩 and my breakfast foods on a croissant 🥐. Omg. Ghirardelli 😋😋😋. Give me chocolate and peanut butter. And whipped cream of course. TMI re:Kaleb liking to be slapped 😉😜😂. Oh been hearing about these drone shows. Amazing. Thanks for sharing 🤗
