    I just saw this setting on a church platform today and saw the name and never heard of it (playing keyboards for 45 years). No one was playing it even. After watching this demo I am really impressed. I am looking for something other than Nord or Roland Fantom as a piano/synth/controller and the sounds and features of this seem pretty amazing. I'm impressed with the angled controller knobs. Why did it take so long to think of that? Does it come in a 76 key version? Wanting to stay smaller for sage performance.

    Just waiting for the Vivo S10 to come back in stock to get it. So far the S10 is the best stage piano on the market.

    The current leader of the stage piano market. Other samples are very good too. Dexibell reliability is superb.

    Beard suits you 😅 I own the s7pro, great purchase, a bit of a leap into the dark going from Yamaha/Nord to smaller brand but no regrets. S10 looks and sounds great

    Can you load piano sounds onto the s10?

      yes, both dexibell and SF2 sounds.

      Can you load samples as well?

    • @ablesam
      @ablesam ปีที่แล้ว +1

      @@Jscreen_ It doesn't have a built-in sample manager like the Roland FANTOM/0 or the Kronos/Nautilus. You'd have to do everything using an SF2 editor like Polyphone and load the final file into memory.

      @@angelog.spicolaiii8021 haters gonna hate, the 4 on the floor was good, and also the keyboard, i think is a good alternative to the "standard". btw i have good ears and broad music taste, i dont own expensive gear but i can see "value" here

    I have owned the S7 for a year and I have yet to get a good sound from it. What is supposed to be a stage piano it fails miserably. Even after deleting all the preinstalled sounds to make room for just one so called Platinum sounds I still couldn’t get a good piano sound. As for the rest of the sounds, there are one or two excellent organ sounds but as I don’t play church music they are of no use. The T2L editor is a pain to use. The effects make the bad sounds worse. Given the premium price of these keyboards I was expecting much, much more. There is no Dexibell support so you are n your own. Nord really have nothing to worry about. I really don’t see Dexibell being around for the long haul.

      good take, I wish more room ambience and more mic positions were taken in their 'samples' to highlight more realism, but I've managed to adjust the key sensitivity exactly to my playing and used the T2L editor to bring out more resonances. Still though, great keyboard, not cutting edge by any means, apart from the 320 oscillator count.

      Wow, kind of shocking. Brian Culbertson is using this now vs the RD-2000, he must have an endorsement contract.

      They have a model called the S4 (73 keys) and S8 (88) coming out early next year/late this year that has the same guts as this S10 but without the motorized faders, no drawbar organ engine, LED indicators or aftertouch. They'll start around $2100-$2500 price range.

    • @ablesam
      @ablesam ปีที่แล้ว

      @@angelog.spicolaiii8021 Compare that to the RD-2000, Nord Piano 5, CP-73/88 which it competes against and it seems like a bargain. All comes down to personal preference in the end. Enjoy dude.
