    love your aggressive style, but sometimes you get too aggressive. when you had approx 550k in chips, no need to shove with A 7 off. Its ok to fold, you dont have to win every pot.

    Gotta love the human element to poker! A7 play was wild. The thought process was great in theory, but dude 3 bet pre-flop, about 25% of his stack. I instantly put him on AA KK QQ or AK. -- AA being the least likely. -- Definitely a play you didn't have to get into. You had almost double the average chip stack.

    • @NickyQ
      @NickyQ ปีที่แล้ว +5

      @@serglibrehotfuzz3202 TBH, that's a beginner decision to make. That's an easy fold against someone who just risked 25% of their stack pre flop, CLOSE TO THE BUBBLE. Automatic thought is an Ace 10+ or High Pair. He has A7 offsuit, less than premium. having double the average chip stack with 100 people left, he's sitting pretty. Only reason to attempt this play is to have the image of a bully.

    • @kevinmclain6741
      @kevinmclain6741 ปีที่แล้ว +2

      Disagree here. If he is folding 77-JJ and A7-AQ I think its a +EV play. Being a button raise he must have enough of those hands in his range. You also hold a key blocker to his calling hands. Of course that assumes he is an aggressive enough player.

      Its actually an ok play since if he checked to the opponent he would bet big and rampage has to call and lose money. Those kind of blocker bets are good against weak players who never consider check raising as a bluff

    He always gets way to aggressive when it is not necessary to do so..if he could slow down with the aggressive plays when already facing a raise with an A4 or A7 you are more than likely way behind when you jam facing a raise..he could have ran way deeper if those two key hands were not played that way.. tournaments come down to one or two key hands to determine your outcome so blasting off can cost you big time..I get it I have done it just from getting bored and wanting to play but it cost him and me in these situations..I am always rooting for rampage to win it all unless I am in the tournament..

    obviously the Ace with low kicker hands were your downfall, i dont really love the plays on those but i understand the mentality. i think you could have picked a better spot to make a play than that off suited Ace hand, i know the thought process is that your opponent could be looking to fold most midrange to fairly strong hands if pushed for their tournament life given that it was the bubble, but i think the move was to simply let it go when he re-raised (granted that is the safer play and im more of a conservative player haha). might have saved you from an all in with a low suited Ace shortly after.........overall though i love your style of play, you make moves that i likely would not make if i were in those situations and thats what makes you elite

    I don't rly get the bet on river (eventho it worked) wit KK in the beginning. Can u or someone explain why it is right to bet for value here? I'd expect everything besides Ace or Queen to fold normally. If u get checkraised I think u have to fold almost all the time. I know it is kinda passive, but i would have taken my equity (thinking i am good after 3 checks) and pick up a small pot. If i bet big (and as said: i wouldnt do it most of the time) i do it as a bluff to get a Ace to fold maybe.
