Go Kart Top Speed Run Predator 212cc (No Governor)

Over 6500 RPM on a Predator 212cc. This engine was built from the bottom up in a college dorm. Phone GPS was used to monitor speed and RPM meter was installed on steering wheel.

What is the gear ratio...You know the number of teeth on the sprocket divided by the number of teeth on the engine...Like 60/12=5:1 and 60/10=6:1...Sorry but it seemed very slow to get up to speed...But I never did a top speed run so I don't know if that is normal.

I’ll have to take a look since I don’t remember. It can accelerate quicker, just took my time to get up there.
