Wow! I am fascinated by your journey. I grew up in SoCal with many trips across the boarder to do educational work at an orphanage. Your courage there and back with those winds was amazing. Great job.
I just came across this video, it is really great. I am especially interested in everything you had to do in order to have your boat in Mexico for repairs. It would be useful to everyone if you could do a short video and detail exactly how you would do it again, from entering the port doing the crew list, all the paperwork, having to pay cash to get your boat out etc. Anyway happy sailing; what a great video and series.
Hi Larry! I'm glad you came across our videos. Now that we've been cruising around mexico for a while I've actually had the desire to make a video just like you described. I have a much better understanding about how to check in and out of the country and all the shennanigans that each port of entry requires you to do. I don't live from/for these videos but when I get the chance I'll make something like that. Cheers!

Thank you but, I have to say that helping orphans is far more courageous and honorable. So hats off to you.
Wow! Thanks for sharing your experiences! Can't wait to see the next episode, hope the sailing was as smooth as possible... :)
The next episode is coming soon! It was upwind the entire trip with lots of beautiful moments!

How much to get that fix ?
It was about three thousand US dollars with the blister job, epoxy barrier coat and bottom paint.
