I'm a regular traveller. During my travel, i observed that for every few kilometers I found an underground bridge which helps the local community to travel easily from one side of the town to another side. It helps avoid accidents at railway crossings.

Most important bring down the high pressure of population on the land. Over population stretches resources lowering standards. And India is not known for high quality services in any sector. It's shoddiness all around. Singapore is small, high IQ, highly disciplined, well educated and where rule of law applies equally for all. Comparing Singapore to India is apples and oranges. Earlier as railway minister made dramatic improvements in railway safety. By the time he left, there had been no railway accident with fatality for 2 years. Vande Bharat with 180 km/hr speed capability is running in 100 km /hr speed. Yes it is a transformation of reducing the speed due to poor infra of railway track.
The tracks are in the state they are because of six decades of underinvestment. The tracks are being upgraded. But until that happens, people will still benefit from the much higher comfort of Vande Bharat.

Many years back Air conditioning was considered a Luxury, no joint venture for ACs, luxury tax on restaurant for eating your meals. Todays advanced technology railway should provide AC travel in all classes.
A Minister from MBM engineering college technical superior in 80s this college started software development I have seen now this gentleman will change the scenario of railway sector as well as semiconductor industry because both have complex problems and have to be solved

when our country made indigenous 5G which was tested in Chennai IIT, I still remember how enthusiastic he was in having conversation with set of engineers. As he rightly said, he is an engineer. Wish BJP would have ruled 50 years rather congress from 1947. no oxygen plant under congress but it was developed under BJP after initial hiccups because of no development under congress.

Vande Bharat with 180 km/hr speed capability is running in 100 km /hr speed. Yes it is a transformation of reducing the speed due to poor infra of railway track.
The tracks are in the state they are because of six decades of underinvestment. The tracks are being upgraded. But until that happens, people will still benefit from the much higher comfort of Vande Bharat.
I haven't seen such intelligent ministers headed by a powerful PM . Indians are lucky to have our PM and ministers.
