There are some good reasons to do a lease purchase, if you're new to the industry and want to check things out before biting off buying a semi truck, this would be the way to do that. That's only one reason to do a lease, I have come up with several more watch my video to see more.

How long is the lease purchase at EOS?

It's going to vary, somewhat depending on the year of the truck. So, for example, a 2023 may cost $880.00 per week BUT there's another 12 cents per mile charge in addition. The contract for the 2023 year model truck would be for a term of approximately my 260 weeks (5 years)
The .12 cents per mile is supposed to be YOUR money and used for maintenance related items such as PM and tires but you won't get that money if you leave.
I've yet to find anyone who has ever completed the lease purchase agreement and actually received the title to their truck.

Generally speaking, I don't think it is a good idea to get your truck from the people you get the loads from. Too many of the contracts are a rip off.

I agree BUT some people may be new and need time to see if this business is for them or maybe they can't get financing for a truck or.......... I don't think there's a one size fits all solution but yes I see your point and mostly agree

@@truckingenius I agree with your point. If someone is not sure trucking is for them and want some real world experience, a walk away lease is for them.

As far as I know ALPHA Logistics in Illinois they do Lease Purchase and self dispatch!!.. you booked your OWN Loads and you negotiated the rate straight with the Broker which is the BEST!!!…But if you’re doing a Lease Purchase and you have a “DISPATCHER ” on TOP of YOU how is Booking the loads for you with out showing you the RATE CON!!! You’re FK UP!!! good LUCK on that!!

Lease-purchase is usually a bad idea "genius". Company drive and save up for a truck. There's a reason it's usually younger drivers who are looking for shortcuts.

Dont lease or buy a truck right now. The freight rates and fuel prices arent worth it.
Stay a company driver, save your $$$ and hold until we're out of this economy.

Everyone has their own opinion. I'll say it again, do you own research. Read and understand what the facts are then each person can make their own decisions based on the research they've done.
Don't take my word for it.
