I don't think you can place an image over an image. You will need to use a different program.

Hello, I use this app, I have the subscription and I think is the best app for photo editing overall, tho not many people use it, so I’m searching for some nice presets (eg: white and clean preset, dark preset, golden hour preset, daylight preset).
