Guys, great video. If you want some REALLY good burgers you can do on the grill, find a Red Robin, go into the bar and ask to purchase a bottle (plastic) of their seasoning., about $6 bucks, and it’ll last you quite awhile. Then on the burgers, sprinkle some of that magic on the burgers as you put the patties on, them sprinkle on again when you turn them. You won’t believe how good! Good on fries too.

Thanks for the brewery tip, glad you fell off the brewery review wagon. Safe travels.. A wool bonnet on a buffer and some rubbing compound will get rid of most small scratches. Stop at a small town body shop, and try to get a pro to give you recommendations.

I hated the pt I was given for my shoulder due to a fall injury not surgery. It was...boring. After a couple days it dawned on me these were the similar movements of the "morning" session in a Tai Chi dvd. Within 1 week the pain was gone and by the end of the 2nd week I had full range of motion. Plus what better way to heal than to get grounded with our Lord's magnificent creation and meditate on His splendor.

We are Retired. I have Rheumatoid Arthritis, Diabetes, Diabetic Neuropathy, Stage 3 kidney disease, Two back surgeries and Immune Deficiency!. My wife has had two neck surgeries, fusing 4 vertebrae, and had a knee replacement. Even on normal/good days we are in a lot of pain.
Winters make us hurt, literally! Last winter I bet 5 days out of 7 we never went out of the house. I tell people we have a nice TV so we want to spend time watching it but the truth is the cold is painful. We decided we would buy an RV and spend January and February in Florida. Our plan was to buy a nice RV that needed nothing! So a few weeks ago we bought a 2003 Tiffin Allegro Class A Motorhome, 32 feet with 2 slides. The outside is in excellent condition for an RV 17 years old and the interior looks good to. We decided this time our RV was going to have levelers. They didn't work but the dealer said they would fix it (weeks have past and still not fixed). They say they can't find parts! I have searched and found the parts and gave them all the information. Still nothing!!
Other than that our RV was bought AS-IS! We didn't realize all the stuff that was wrong till we got it home! There was no duct work for the furnace so the heat just stayed in the cabinet where the furnace was. Someone had removed it all, purchased more and it was still in the package under the sink! Then I found the ducts in the dash for the engine AC and heat was rotten, or eaten by mice. It just wasn't there! Then we found the right windshield seal had been covered with black tape so no one could see the problem, a pretty big gap. They had done a wonderful job with the tape so you didn't even notice. Also the main seal around the large slide out had black tape professionally installed so we didn't see the bad seal. Every time I look at it I find something else we need to fix. We have noticed some people actually name their RV (i.e. Ruby just as an example)! We pretty much just call ours the Money Pit! We don't know if well be able to get everything fixed before our planned time to leave? I have been so upset I didn't go outside for 3 days so I didn't have to see it! The dealer said they checked everything out and everything worked as it should?? Are there any Dealers we can trust anymore?

If you haven’t tried buffing the scratches out yet try a mild liquid compound. If our can feel the scratch with your fingernail it’s usually too deep to repair without refinishing. If the scratch hasn’t penetrated the clear coat it’s usually easily repaired.

Take 2000 wet an dry sandpaper an wet area of the scratch an wet sand with a back pad then take a yellow rubber pad an fine compound then polish it then see how it looks.
If still there get touchup paint then let it dry then 2k wet dry then police it should greatly go .

Could you do a video on handling an emergency on the roadside (Flat, accident, etc..) I have a CDL and know that the emergency triangles go at 50 100 and 150 feet back. However, many of the emergency kits don't have triangles, but lights that you put on the side of your vehicle. Folks need to know how to alert other traffic and keep themselves safe on the side of the road as they wait for help or do a repair. Thanks!! Hopefully, we won't need it, but a Boy Scout is always prepared!!

Phil! Do your exercises! You know the benefits if you do them now vs. always having an issue for the rest of your life. Short term pain (& annoyance) for long term gain. I have so many exercises to do for chronic & acute injuries I get them mixed up, but am still very active! I try to do some as I stand waiting (leg, arm) or at stop lights (elbow, hand), sitting (ankle).

Yeah do the PT, I tore my supraspinatus, cracked the head of the humerus, dimpled the cartilage surface. But after 6 months they were using me to demonstrate what you could do if you kept it up. You could actually see some muscle motion in my upper hip when manipulating my arm. You hear guys complain that their surgery and PT didn't work, then they let you know they started bowling after 3 months.
And I think you drove through the only tunnels in Nebraska. My wife's grandfather came from there and we found the old family house. Her Great-Aunt donated the land the College north of town is built on.

Phil, you will have to let us know what Tiffin says if you talk to them about the scratches. I too hate getting them and it never seems to fail. I started using 303 Polish (both step 2 and step 3) and a variable speed buffer set at 1800RPM. Once the scratches are out then I apply Liquid glass wax.

I used a Malco paint rejuvenator that got most out by hand....I need to get a buffer for the ones that are still visible.

Well this is timely! We will be at Sterling on Sept 16th, any idea if we will need your updated route? We have a 43' rig and do not want to turn around in the field! Any help is appreciated! BTW, you have a great channel, I don't miss any of your videos...

I use Detail King products to take out scratches. They also have sealant that works pretty well.

I had driven across Nebraska on I80 numerous times for work and always thought Nebraska was bleak and boring. Then one time coming back from Riverton, WY, the mountain passes on I80 were closed and I had to travel through Scottsbluff, NE and I realized that Nebraska was only ugly where I80 was. Whoever decided on the path of I80, did not give Nebraska anything to catch your eye besides the archway, and that was built by humans.

Fort Robinson State Park (just north of Scottsbluff) is an awesome place to camp. Probably too late but maybe next time!

Awesome video! Love the scenery! Nice stop at the brewery, as a home brewer that is one thing my wife and I seek out at each camp site. Love to talk shop with the brewers.

Oh man...seeing those pines scratching the sides hurt me to see. Makes me think about our rig and how freaked out I would be. I feel your pain, Phil.

Kathy Roberts I’m not sure if you realize that you can “edit” your post by clicking on the three little dots in the right hand corner. Just wanted to bring that to your attention for future reference if needed 😊

Well guys, Scotts Bluff looks interesting and some place I'll have to stop. So Phil, I think 12 ounce curls count as PT. What do you think? Keep the good stuff coming.

Have fun exploring the West. I love those pull handles in the brew pub. We were just in three different National Parks and the crowds were intense. Lots of people getting out and exploring.

With the number of new RVs sold in the past year, availability will become extremely limited, and as a result costs will go up significantly. We can expect this to continue until the numbers drop off as new folks decide they don’t like the lifestyle.

We found that most places that are seasonal have closed early or closed during COVID and never reopened, that includes hotels, causing the one that are open stay full. It will wind down....hopefully.

Our rv has gel coat also and we use Meguiar's Flagship Premium Marine Wax. The second trip we took in it, same as yall, light pine tree scratches all the way down both sides. That wax did a pretty good job of getting rid of the scratches. I even use it on my truck and it looks amazing.

Love the blue shirt from the Spoetzl Brewery Shiner Beer Run (Shiner Bock - smoothest beer available). Anytime a beer is mentioned in a TH-cam video, we have to plug Shiner, Texas.
