You can tell your Sifu that I'm stealing his brilliant idea to combine Sim Bo with 14 roads as a series of one step drills. That's amazingly brilliant and efficient. What a way to reinforce the basics!
Wonderful. I first saw John when he was a little kid demonstrating 36 hands on the patio at Wah Lum Kung Fu in Orlando as Master Fogg stood by watching. I had never seen anything like it. Great to see him now.
R.I.P. Sifu Cheng. You left this world a true hero. I miss those early days of training and competitions together. Fly high brother

I think he'd be delighted to hear people "stealing" his ideas 😄 I'll let him know at our next lesson. 🙏
Hi Kurt, I was actually inspired by your Sifu Henry Chung. It goes full circle with kung fu family! As iron sharpens iron so one man sharpens another.
I agree, I have previously used Au Lan Tsai drill to insert techniques and recently using parries off jab cross but I will not add Sim Bo into the mix
This Sifu is amazing , to young too pass
R.I.P, though I don’t know you ~ saw what happened through the news !! Such a hero !!
Sifu Chuck Perry from Louisiana here... This stuff is too good for the likes of TH-cam...(Keep it coming!!)
