    You can tell your Sifu that I'm stealing his brilliant idea to combine Sim Bo with 14 roads as a series of one step drills. That's amazingly brilliant and efficient. What a way to reinforce the basics!

      Hi Kurt, I was actually inspired by your Sifu Henry Chung. It goes full circle with kung fu family! As iron sharpens iron so one man sharpens another.

      I agree, I have previously used Au Lan Tsai drill to insert techniques and recently using parries off jab cross but I will not add Sim Bo into the mix

    Wonderful. I first saw John when he was a little kid demonstrating 36 hands on the patio at Wah Lum Kung Fu in Orlando as Master Fogg stood by watching. I had never seen anything like it. Great to see him now.
