No hostel that we're aware of, but there are a few hotels. The guesthouse near Zavala looked very nice, but we camped the whole time. Glad you enjoyed the video!

Glad you enjoy the videos! Studying while on bike tour was pretty difficult and honestly not super practical. I had Americorps education award expiring, so I only did one semester (I'll finish up when I'm done biking). While it was possible to do the work from camp, the stress of having to work around school made the entire trip less pleasant. In the end we got an Airbnb for 5 weeks in Dubrovnik so that I could focus on school full time for the end of the semester. Highly recommend that, $23/night apartment in a beautiful historic city, cheaper than rent where we lived before the trip!
Beautiful landscapes. But I must disappoint you and say that you have not seen the slightest part of the Bosnian beauties. I invite you to visit the Bosnian mountains in the interior, Bjelasnica, Vlasic and others. See you on the trail.
We would love to go back to Bosnia, we were there in the late fall and didn't venture very far into the mountains due to weather. There is of course so much more to see!
Haha, the wild camping aspect might not be for everyone! We did several shorter tours before embarking on this open-ended one. Our first tour in Asia we stayed in hotels every night and didn't carry much gear. Much different style of traveling, but credit card touring definitely has its benefits.
I plan to cycle there this month, looking forward to the adventure!

Thanks Paul, Andrew's dad also explored Europe while in the army in the early 80's and his stories are what inspired this trip!
