Hi Susan! Here Kye and Lydia used one of our half sheet pieces of parchment and cut it to fit inside the square pan, making slits in the corners to create a basket-like liner in the pan. Hope this helps! -👩🍳Morgan
My husband likes to melt semisweet chocolate, and spread that on the top of the rice crispy treats. I think it's guilding the lily, but admit it does taste amazing. (Be sure you cut it into pieces before the chocolate hardens!)

Our Baker's Dry Milk is specially formulated for baking and doesn't rehydrate like regular dry milk (always mix it with your drys!), so it may not be a complete 1:1 swap. However, we believe it should work just fine for your bakes! 😊 -🥐Lily

I've definitely done with malted milk powder, it's subtle and doesn't make as big a difference as browning the butter but it's worth doing
