I think if anything you and your team has brought awareness to dementia patients and to the ill effects of suicide.I lost my brother several years ago to suicide and it was very hard thing to go through. Right at the same time I found out I was pregnant and he would have been an uncle. We all go through stuff how we come out in the end is what counts.
I agree and I also understand what Doug was saying when he said all cars should be searched because it could be a family's loved one from years ago. He is right; maybe they should get some more people and cover more territory. Great job guys for what you do.

I hope all involved will continue follow their passions and video and share their experiences. I was saddened that things got so messy and caused the separation of great teamwork.

Murrysville Medic One Dive Team found a Mazda that is about the right Color for Bunnie Lee yesterday. In the Allegheny River while they were doing a training it was off of a boat ramp near Springdale, PA
I am so happy to see this video. No one can compete with the AWP format, filming, editing or music. No idea when this was filmed, but I hope it is recent and AWP are continuing. Doug is such a solid individual, so if he is not panicking, then we can be sure all is well.
@@gabriellafox7948 Apparently it was from October. Searched for a news article from Pittsburgh with AWP involvement and there was the timeframe. October last year. A part of the reason why this is late is because it is almost impossible to be on the road 365 days a year. And in the periods without excursions, they still have to post to keep engagement up, lest the channel shrinks more than necessary. This is one such video. There might, or might not, be other reasons too.
It was mentioned that some of the vehicles that were located were from the 50's. It is amazing that they were still recognizable after being under water for so long.

Sadly they found her car in the Allegheny River, and her remains were inside. A few local fisherman found the car in the river. It’s so sad that they found her the way they did, but now that she’s home, her family can finally put her to rest.😭💔

Not only are you capable of the intricacies of watching a sonar while operating a boat, communicating to a camera, reading all the high tech gear and the setup and maintenance and installations thereof, navigating unfamiliar locations and weather, but off the water and between film takes, you coordinate teams, manage the business end of things, the rv, the paperwork, the research and operation of all the scuba equipment, all the proper insurances, tactful planning of operations, promoting and advertising, directing and producing all the TH-cam gold we get to watch, OMG it just blows me away what an accomplished ambitious business man you are. Entrepreneurial genius! I will never not be 🥰d by you.
If there is a license plate, but not what you're looking for, enlarge one of the screwholes and put a plastic tie thru it and attach it to a doorhandle. This will let you, and others, know someone has dove on it before and cleared it. Keep a record of the license plate, in case a missing person's case comes in later on.
56:50 I'm not surprised people drive into water at night, with or without dementia. GPS may work great on in well-traveled areas but, on back roads and in rural areas, not so much. We have seasonal roads here and GPS sends people on them all year. These are roads that are totally impassible in the winter unless you have eight tiny reindeer. GPS doesn't know when a bridge is out. Don't even get me started on one-way streets and dead ends. 🙄

The older cars in the Monongahela River would not surprise me. The November 5th 1985 flood mostly was on the Mon river as the worst came from WV. River levels on the PA WV line rose nearly 40 feet that day. I was 19 at the time seems like yesterday. Lots of homes also washed away. Only God knows what kind of mysteries are buried in the silt.
I'm just glad you guys are trying to keep the channel alive for the most part and you already bought one family member they lost loved one just hope you guys can find them all
45:01 Ever since you guys accidentally found Jan in such a small body of water in an area surrounded by homes, it’s taught me that I shouldn’t be so quick to discount things just because at first glance it doesn’t seem likely. That way of thinking has helped me find even my house keys. I couldn’t find my keys and I thought I’d looked everywhere. At first glance my large set of keys didn’t appear that they could be on my headboard because they should be plainly visible at a distance given the low profile of it and the few items on it. Since I had searched everywhere else I decided, why not, and gave it a closer look and somehow, hidden behind my small deodorant and my phone charger was my keys. It never hurts to give it one more look. You won’t regret looking and not finding as much as you’ll regret not looking and realizing later that it was there all along.

You know what they say, “It’s always in the last place you look- cause once you find it, you stop looking.” No but really- you’re right lol I spent 30 minutes doing the same thing once, all because my dad told me my keys were indefinitely not on the key rack…………. They were on the key rack……… under another set of keys……. 😂

So many things about this channel has drawn me in lately. I live south of Pittsburgh roughly 10 minutes from the Monongahela river. I also fish, boat, and swim in the Mon. It’s a mysterious river. South, which is upstream, yes this river flows south to north, it’s even crazier. It goes from 12 ft in places to 30ft. I have a very simple sonar on my boat, and I would love to get a better one and scan like this. Currents in the Mon are crazy. People are found dead along the bank and floating at least once a year. Electrocutions have also happened recently. The boat police presence was higher than ever this year in my area which really makes me suspect what’s going on. I definitely want to see the river investigated more. Also, I will always support Jared and AWP. In America you are innocent until proven guilty. Let’s not forget that. Honestly, the team members that left may have been dedicated, but why so quick to jump ship? We all know how the media is nowadays, which is why we’re here watching third party investigators do the job of paid investigators. People in the area won’t even swim in the Mon let alone dive in it. I’ve always wanted to see good footage of diving on this river and wow! This is it. Thank you so much for all that you all are doing! Merry Christmas to everyone at AWP!
I live an hour south of Pittsburgh right along the mon. I have only swam in the river once and I probably won’t ever do it again. I was surprised with how much visibility they had.

I do not have any problems with any person within the team, because as far as I am concerned, and everyone else needs to be just as inline with this as possible, because a person is INNOCENT until Proven guilty in a court of Law. SO welcome back Jared, I hope you continue to bring lost loved ones to their Families and that you may continue this work for a long time to come. I have no idea the things you have endured in your lifetime but I know what I have endured and I urge you to continue to do this work that will bring blessings to those who need it the most, those who are in a torture chamber, not knowing where or what has happened to their loved ones and although the knowledge you bring is regretfully sad, it puts and end to the terrible sentence of ignorance regarding the fate of their loved ones. this is a good and worthy work, and you and I both know that all good things come from God, and more work you do to bless the lives of others, will bring you to the eventual goal of returning to live with your Father in Heaven, and what that entails. You gentleman do a great job! Also the state of Pa stopped issuing that little tag with the year on it, 2016 was last year it was issued Don't know if that will help at all when looking for a car in Pa.

I literally cried when I heard the news. I truly felt like I lost a family member 😔 I was floored how fast his team ran and didn't wait or support him. HE HAS ANGEL WINGS FOR A PURPOSE!! sad to see Nick go so fast I wish he would have been patient 😢
no matter what happened 20 yrs ago. statue of limitations should have ran out. why all of sudden jarred is doing things helping families bring closure .that this is coming out. is it for money is it for fame or is it just to bring down his calling to bring closure to ppl's family. the devil works in all kinds of ways to destroy the good in ppl and the good they are doing. his team jumped ship. didn't stick beside him or the cause. why not stay a team continue doing awesome things.

So many things about this channel has drawn me in lately. I live south of Pittsburgh roughly 10 minutes from the Monongahela river. I also fish, boat, and swim in the Mon. It’s a mysterious river. South, which is upstream, yes this river flows south to north, it’s even crazier. It goes from 12 ft in places to 30ft. I have a very simple sonar on my boat, and I would love to get a better one and scan like this. Currents in the Mon are crazy. People are found dead along the bank and floating at least once a year. Electrocutions have also happened recently. The boat police presence was higher than ever this year in my area which really makes me suspect what’s going on. I definitely want to see the river investigated more. Also, I will always support Jared and AWP. In America you are innocent until proven guilty. Let’s not forget that. Honestly, the team members that left may have been dedicated, but why so quick to jump ship? We all know how the media is nowadays, which is why we’re here watching third party investigators do the job of paid investigators. People in the area won’t even swim in the Mon let alone dive in it. I’ve always wanted to see good footage of diving on this river and wow! This is it. Thank you so much for all that you all are doing! Merry Christmas to everyone at AWP!
I live an hour south of Pittsburgh right along the mon. I have only swam in the river once and I probably won’t ever do it again. I was surprised with how much visibility they had.

It’s wild to see how many go missing in there car on just another day who knows how many unsolved cases that’s beneath the waters. Happy that cold cases are to have you guys on the cases.

It's good to see the team back together and whole. I do not have any problems with any person within the team, because as far as I am concerned, and everyone else needs to be just as inline with this as possible, because a person is INNOCENT until Proven guilty in a court of Law. SO welcome back Jared, I hope you continue to bring lost loved ones to their Families and that you may continue this work for a long time to come. I have no idea the things you have endured in your lifetime but I know what I have endured and I urge you to continue to do this work that will bring blessings to those who need it the most, those who are in a torture chamber, not knowing where or what has happened to their loved ones and although the knowledge you bring is regretfully sad, it puts and end to the terrible sentence of ignorance regarding the fate of their loved ones. this is a good and worthy work, and you and I both know that all good things come from God, and more work you do to bless the lives of others, will bring you to the eventual goal of returning to live with your Father in Heaven, and what that entails. My love to the entire team of AWP and all of those who take on this important and good work!

I don't think they've pulled out more than one (the one with Tod). They're not even trying to. Most of the vehicles are too old: they're literally crumbling. They're just checking out the most likely ones.
