Sinurambi Tambunan Viewing Point

Was in Keningau for work recently so over the weekend I took the opportunity to drive to this scenic hilltop lookout point in Tambunan boasting stunning views of Tambunan district.
On clear days the peaks of two of the highest mountains in Malaysia, Mount Kinabalu and Mount Trus Madi are clearly visible from here. The weather wasn't on our side during our visit here. We got to see part of Mount Kinabalu a brief period before distant clouds covered the mountain. Soon after it started to rain for what seemed like forever. We patiently waited till the rain cleared and our patience paid off well. We were rewarded with beautiful vistas and dramatic rolling clouds sweeping through the valley.
