Your studio space is so inspiring! I have watched it several times and every time I get another idea for my own studio. I love to use interesting storage.
Love your studio space and all of the “use what you have” ideas!! This is great timing for me because we just purchased a retirement home in the country, a place of our dreams. I will get to use a potion of the small cabin, only 614 square feet in total, as my art space. I love the vintage look so much. Thank you so much!!!
Oh, Cheryl I love that you have the cabin of your dreams in the country--it sounds so cozy! I hope you are able to capture a creative space for yourself and I'm glad you found some ideas in the video. Thanks for watching and commenting!
I LOVE YOUR STUDIO! I also do my studio in old or antique items as much as possible, I went through the IKEA stage and gave all that stuff to a friend and back to using hutches and dressers. Will you give us a tour of some of you canvas I would love to see other work that you have done,
I appreciate your enthusiasm for my art studio--sounds like we are kindreds in our love for all that is old and unique! And thanks for the suggestion to make a video showing some of my other artwork--honestly that never occurred to me. I will definitely add that to my list.
I appreciate you saying that Loulou! Not everyone understands why I incorporate all the old stuff into my studio--it just makes me so happy. Thanks for noticing!
Your space looks great! I didn’t even realize that you did figurative work. I’ve only just seen your abstracts and collage. You’re very talented. Thank you for sharing.
Thanks so much Madison! I mostly make videos of my abstract work but here are a few portrait videos if you are interested - th-cam.com/video/ZZBIrIVH23E/w-d-xo.html , th-cam.com/video/TJELjWp6CI4/w-d-xo.html , th-cam.com/video/AGdDUaJxN9M/w-d-xo.html
That back story and detail you’re giving, is helping me think thru organizing my stuff. It’s true, if it’s readily available and you know where to find it, that’s half the battle. Funny thing is, I was watching another of your videos where you are talking about purging/down sizing your ephemera. I have lots of dollar tree flash cards too and now I am going to gesso them and get them prepped for action….I’ll head back to that video after I watch this one…. Thanks for all you share 🤍🤍
It is an ongoing battle for me to keep things organized and not become a hoarder. I do think having supplies easily accessible does help in using them more often. Anyway, I'm glad this was helpful.
That was a great tour Pam. It’s always interesting to see what supplies other artists have and how they store them. We all have a lot of the same things but sometimes we see something new . Your art space looks very inviting. Nice work. 😊❤️
i love your Art Studio. And I would love to see how you make the children's hard cover books into art books. Thank you for sharing your space. I am a new subie and look forward to seeing more of your art and videos. KAT

Thank you for the tour! You have created and organized an outstanding work of art that is your creative Studio. You have so generously given and totally inspired me with ideas for storage going forward. A like-minded person, I love all things vintage and old to be around me and you've shown how very useful they are for storage, organizing and displaying. And oh so very practical which is exactly what is needed to facilitate the creative process. If one's supplies are easily accessible and arranged in a style that you love, you can only thrive in this environment, the Creative Muse will nod in one's direction I'm sure. Thank you once again...love your channel and work.
Oh Andrea, that means so much. Thank you! When I make these videos I never really know if they will resonate with anyone--your effusive response reminds me that there are many of us with similar tastes and style. So I appreciate you taking the time to comment.
Maria, I do love finding the odd assortment of old stuff and I'm always looking for ways to replace the new-ish things for something old. Anyway, thanks for noticing and commenting!
Wow your studio is gorgeous!!! I love your use of old vintage containers. You have a fantastic array of supplies too!! Thank you so much for the tour. I love you channel.
I love it! As soon as you started showing your place I remembered that I did watch your studio tour before. That is what made me subscribe to your channel! I love your space and how you organize it. I love that you repurpose stuff. I do the same. Thank you for showing us behind the scenes. 💕
Oh Doreen, thanks! I hope I didn't duplicate too much from last year's video. I meant to go back and watch it before I made this one but then I totally forgot.
Hi Dagmar, currently I use the camera on my phone (Samsung Galaxy S23) for all my YT videos. In my older videos (4+ years ago) I used a Canon EOS camera which I loved and would recommend. However for me, the convenience of the video auto-upload from my phone outweighs the benefit of using a camera from which I have to manually upload.
Oh, thank you very much for the quick reply. The videos with the cell phone are great. Didn't think it would work so well with the cell phone. Great! I will also try it with my cell phone. I have an iPhone 13 Pro. Let's see what comes out. Is for my website 😊 Best regards Dagmar

I am so glad to hear that! I use a lot of unusual storage in my studio so I'm happy to know that it has given you inspiration for your own space.
Oh it is so beautiful and inspiring 😍👏🙏
Oh Lena, that means so much--thanks!
