This is so inspirational just like all your videos! I’m 21 and going into first year social work in September and my goal is to get a year or so done in permanent role and get into agency as my dream too has always been to be a homeowner with a family. Mainly because I also find it stressful living at home with my family. I also can’t wait to see what else the universe brings me in regards to side hustles🤫 your videos help a lot and motivate me so much when I’m ready to quit! Thankyou 🙏🏻

Congratulations hunn.I left my permanent job for agency aswell because I wanted to save more money for my deposit. I’m now making almost £50000 and I’m told by few mortgage advisors that I have to be with the agency for at least 12 months before I can get a mortgage.. I’m now 10 months in and, watching your video I just realised with the right advisor, I can actually buy my house now.. I will definitely DM you for his details.xxx

This is because house prices depends on so many things such as areas, preference, the state of the property etc. It almost varies. But I will be doing a video on monthly/ yearly/ quarterly bills 💕 thank you so much xxx

Please don't rent, keep pushing hard you will get there. Renting a property will cost you your savings due to bills that comes with Renting

Thank you! Tbh it just made the process smooth. I found that he made it very personable when I first spoke to him and I felt comfy to ask anything and explore things that may impact the process. Plus he was free and it all just made sense. I had no reason to explore the bank option xx

Thank you so much lovely 💕 I didn’t use a LISA because I did not want ay limitations on what I can do with the property or my monthly contributions. With a lifetime isa you can’t buy to let the property. It has to be for you to live in etc. I just wanted to be free x

Tbh if your on that salary and still live at home and have no children, u have no excuse to not save money for a mortgage, however, employment and earnings when u have children and a single parent at that, is hard, I wish I did this when I started working. Its too hard by the time I have the 30k deposit I will be like 40 lol then to have a mortgage for 30yrs that's insane. Good luck to u all
If you're living in a council owned or Housing association property, you may qualify for right to buy. The longer you've been in your property the bigger the discount which is used as your deposit. Alternatively, live outside london like in the Midlands and get more for your money.💕

Sorry I didn’t respond to this in time but they only need 3 months salary. However I always advise people are in their role for at least 9 months x
