How to hit a Racer with Pursuit Tech in Need For Speed Rivals
To hit a Racer with Pursuit Tech you need to go to the Garage and buy a Pursuit Tech
then find any racer on the map and hit him with the Pursuit Tech.
To activate a Pursuit Tech on PC hit "A" (Slot 1) and "D" (Slot 2) by default
To activate a Pursuit Tech on Xbox 360 hit "Y" (Slot 1) and "B" (Slot 2)
To activate a Pursuit Tech on Xbox One hit "Y" (Slot 1) and "B" (Slot 2)

For PS4, use the triangle button when you get close to the racer

If any one here is saying "it doesn't work" or something like that, the person made a change to his controls that change the buttons for the pursuit tech. I think you can configure this problem by going to a garage and changing the buttons for pursuit tech there.
