You know they could've at least put a short cutscene at the end of a rapid response like in Hot Pursuit, because there needs to be a reason why the cops are responding to a certain location and not just going there for no reason. Hot Pursuit for example always shows an accident scene at the end of a rapid response.
Hope you can help. I'm playing in Xbox 360 using wireless wheel and I'm unable to pass through in Rapid Response. It says LB Start Rapid Response, but there isn't LB button in wheel. I tried with regular controllers and but in vain. Unable to proceed further. Appreciate your inputs.

Rapid Responses are so damn hard.
They are even harder if your game's laggy.
I enjoy them the most. They're pure driving skill, you've to drive very clean.

I was having the same thoughts. This seems very lazy as compared to HP3.
