    Such a beautiful cake...how did you get that deep blue color? I am going to use your tips the next time I photograph a tiered cake

      Hello Samiha! Thanks for your comment, I use deep navy blue, a bit of purple and sometimes it helps to start with a nice lump of already tinted black sugar paste otherwise it is hard to go dark from pure white fondant ;) Hope this helps!

    Thank you soooo much for this video!! I love that you’re in the Uk because most videos are in the US and have different shops. Do you still use this same camera?

      Hello! You're so welcome!! Yes, still use the same camera. I have changed house though so don't need the backdrops anymore, but everything else is the same and this is how I still shoot my photos for my Insta age ;)

    Thank you for this helpful video, my question is must of the time I take a photo shoot in evening so what is the best light can I used Alternative to natural lighting? Because my home lights is not strong 😕

      @zazamarcellecakedesign3610  5 ปีที่แล้ว

      Hello Farah! Yes, you should definitely opt for artificial light. As I am not a food photographer (I am not a photographer at all ahah!), I would suggest you watch this video here where he goes deeper into different lights techniques: th-cam.com/video/ybYSWtK8VII/w-d-xo.html I hope that helps ;)

    That was so helpful! Thank you for this video. I never even thought of a plain roller shade. I’ve spent so much on backgrounds and can’t even hang it. Plus I’m in the basement with not much light so this is really helpful this information. After you download your pictures from the camera, Is it better to load all of these from your laptop or phone or it doesn’t matter?

      Hi Aniela! Thanks for you comment, I am glad you could find some useful information in there :) I personally load the photos on my laptop, and then with the cloud I can find them on all my devices. If your laptop doesn't allow that, then maybe load them in there, send yourself the pictures and access them through your phone or tablet to be able to then edit them thanks to phone app! That is in the case that you can't edit the photos from your laptop. If you have photoshop or Lightroom in there, all the better! Hope this helps? Xx

      @@zazamarcellecakedesign3610 thank you! I’m not that great with figuring out my photos and the cloud (I’ve been having issues with it lately) but I intend to have someone look at it. Thanks again and can’t wait to see your next posting😉

      It's A1 ;) so that's 59.4 x 84.1 cm. Hope this helps (sorry for the super late answer!!!)
