U can leave it even for 2 days. It's not oily or sticky at all. Don't wash hair too often. Just 2-3 times a week.

No need to use for only above 18, because it only blocks dht production and dht is a bald hormone which is useless. Dihydrotestesterone(dht) is actually a byproduct of testesterone for body hair and other hairs on body. So you can use it.

Don't use it during pregnancy. Waise bhi pregnancy mein hair fall usually band hi ho jata hai dur to hormonal changes. That's what happened to me
