He could keep it a bit tidier than he Does, a lick of paint maybe, I can understand why people would be angry, he seems to be a hoarder and hoarders keeps putting things off, I’d say what you see is the finished article, im all for this type of living but pull your finger out and become creative ,it could be a fine home
@johnbarrett6021 The boat moves. How do you think he got it from the east coast of England? Also he replaced the old engines with two new more modern ones. He is restoring the boat. If you scrapped everything that was old rather than restoring it you'd have a lot more pollution.

I was just reading about it, there's a permit for living full time in the boat and it's not even too expensive.
They make you move very frequently and lately even over winter.
That boat will never move again,What an eyesore in such a beautiful harbour.More scrap and pollution for someone else to dispose of.
