You've made a good video. You do a good job explaining the process. This type of motor has been very popular in SE Asia. In Indonesia we have a very similar motor on the Honda GL Pro 160 and Tiger 200cc. Both are great engines and last forever...
I would add that it is helpful to mark the upper timing chain gear before removal - that way one can reinstall them in exactly the same position so timing is maintained and one doesn't have to fiddle around with the gear and chain .

this one has a dot on the gear so you can reinstall it the same way you took it out.

@ does not really matter if it is aligned correctly . I have seen the same bike with the dot on the bottom right or top left .. make no difference . Of course the correct way is at the top left as honda says .

@@fakefyou9954 Bu motorun doğası öyle.200cc lik silindir piston takıyorlar ama piyasada genel olarak kabul görmüş bir işlem yok. A ustasına yaptırdığın 200cc işlemi B ustasına uymayabiliyor. 200cc yi takan usta kimse ona mahkum gibi oluyorsun yani. Sıkıntı çıkarsa da tamiri zaten başa bela. Karbüratör jetini büyütüp motora daha fazla benzin yollayabilirsin. Hava filitreni performans tarzı bir filtlre ile değiştirebilirsin. Tam sentetik yağ da biraz fark ediyor. Motorun üzerinden koruma demiri vs ne varsa atabilirsin.

Than you need to manually find the top dead center. It is not hard but confusing if you are inexperienced .
