ok so I'll try to explain a bit, if I'm missing something or get something wrong feel free to add and correct me y'all in this particular case we have different storylines in a group of friends ("the clan"), they're all connected by the blue flower. It is safe to say that the blue flower has curative/magical properties. Hyungwon: has an abusive father (theories say he's a religious figure because of the cross on the building), and has a very strong bond with Minhyuk (maybe that's the reason why his father beats him). Minhyuk: he's the one who seeks revenge for how Hyungwon's being treated. He, Changkyun and Wonho go to Hyungwon's father religious headquarter and set it on fire. When Minhyuk goes back to Hyungwon, he finds him dead in the bathtub, he probably coudn't bear the situation anymore and killed himself. Minhyuk then proceeds to pour the blue flower extract in the water and lays down with him, waiting for him to come back to life. At the end we can see Hyungwon tightening his grip around Minhyuk's hand. Shownu: he has someone he deeply cares about that's very sick (he's by his side at the hospital), money could help save this person, so Jooheon provides him with a gun. They proceed then to go and rob a bank (I'm not sure it really is a bank), in order to have the money to cure that person. We later see how Shownu is too late, when he reaches the hospital the bed is empty, that special person is already gone. He doesn't need the money anymore so he burns it. To ease his own pain, he drinks the blue flower extract. Kihyun: is shown very little, but from what we can see he's struggling with a physical injury/illness (we can see him trying to run towards the end of the video, practically dragging his own body along the way), that's why he resorts to using the blue flower extract as well. In general we can see the situation being pretty bad, civilians being mistreated and threatened by the authorities. The Clan Pt.1 LOST The Clan Pt.2: GUILTY The Clan Pt.2.5: BEAUTIFUL If you combine the initial letters of each album you get: LGB and since it's a trilogy, it adds T (LGBT). So alot of Monbebes (me included) think that this is a statement for LGBT comunity's rights. That's what makes it beautiful.
You should watch Fighter and Beautiful together (they won't make more sense to you the first time but they're connected like this friend says). I've read fan theories on why these are intended to subtly support LGBTQA+ rights, and I tend to agree with them but I think it's too controversial a topic in Korea for them to be blunt about it, which is why the videos are so bizarre and confusing at first. They were likely trying to make the symbolism hard to see for the general public.

After robbing the place and burning it Shownu goes back to the hospital to pay the bills but finds out that he is too late and that his father already passed away so he burns the money because there is no need to it anymore. Joohoney is also the one who created the Clan. I'm not entirely sure of Kihyun, I.M and Wonho's roles yet. But the overall moral of the story is that you will go to greater lengths to protect the people you love like what Shownu and Minhyuk did but that revenge, desperation and hatred can cloud your judgment. All In is indeed connected to the other mvs. It's the first ever mv to be released from the clan series which is Fighter and Beautiful. The MV has a lot of dark undertones cus, I believe, it's the origin of the whole 'trippy' mx storyline. In the mv, you see poverty and abuse turning to robbery, violence, revenge and suicide etc which is, in my opinion, a really great representation of today's generation. A lot of debates sparked regarding Hyungwon and Minhyuk's relationship in this mv as well and that's why I think this is one of the best MVs they've created.
Though there's a possiblity that it could also be connected to the newer mvs I kinda doubt it since Jooheon seems to be leading the group for each mv: All In - he started the cult/clan, Fighter - he was the source of the blue flower/kihyun offered a, possibly, dead body to him in the beginning of the mv + he appeared as a doctor giving members a 'gummy', Beautiful - he released all the members from the rooms
a major thing about this trilogy, for fans, was that the initials of the albums ended up spelling LGBT (Lost (this mv), Guilty (Fighter mv), BeauTiful (beautiful mv + shine forever re-package) and it's heavily implied that in this universe Hyungwon and Minhyuk are a couple (note the bathtub scene) // none of this has been confirmed by Starship or the MX boys, it's all based fan theories and discussions I've seen And I'm not the best person to tell about the story line but here are some theories that I've seen: Jooheon got Shownu a gun (in the alley) which Shownu used to rob a store (the security camera footage) to pay for treatment for his sick father (?? might be other family idk) but he was too late (he burned the money on the hospital bed) Hyungwon was getting beat up by someone assumed to be his father, I'm kinda fuzzy with the details it's been a while since I watched the videos back, but I don't think the rest of the members' storylines were shown at least in this video, I also can't remember how much the story progressed in the other mvs, also there's some kind of rebellion going on against an oppressive regime of some sort i guess (has been considered a metaphor for how LGBT people are mistreated but I'm still not fully aware of the theories) also I cannot remember for the life of me the theories surrounding the flowers so if someone else knows Please share your knowledge

And if this refers to the initials it's not really speculation, but you're right in terms that there's no official statement that would indicate that it was intentional for it to end up spelling LGBT

Totally get you Ben with the swapping of weakens. Shownu is my bias. Kihyun and Wonho affect me Almost as much as Shownu. BUT depending on the video Min, IM, and Joohoen wreck me.. like the Fallow video Min was wrecking me alongside Wonho and Kihyun. I have given into the face that silver/white hair Min wrecks me bad. I'm sure others have probably already said, but this MV is part of Monsta X's The Clan series. This is the first MV of the story-line. Fighter follows and is part 2. Beautiful is the third part of the trilogy and concludes the story. However, fans believe The Clan series is also somehow related to the Dramarama story-line and the Seven Deadly Sins story-line. I don't know if you have ever reacted to any of their world tour VCRs (the Beautiful World Tour, The Connect Tour, or the We Are Here Tour), but these VCRs help to better understand their videos and how they connect. You should really react to (or just watch) The Beautiful World Tour VCR. It would help you understand more of what is going on, and how Trespass, All In (and even Fighter and Beautiful) are connected. This VCR basically explains the same story in the All In MV but in modern times and not some dystopian society. Also, if you are interested in reacting to the VCRs, The Connect #2 VCR helps to explain the relationship between Dramarama and Destroyer (and Find You). The We Are Here VCR #2, and the Are You There [Previous Film] helps to connect Shoot Out, Alligator, and Find You. I'm pretty sure Shine Forever and Newton are somehow connect to all of these to, but I have a harder time connecting those MVs to all the other ones.

There are significant links to other MVs ... the bathtub scene is a link, the flowers are groomed by Shownu in another ... not drugs ... a resurrection elixir (I think) ...
It is connected to other MVs but this is the first one, don't worry. It's a trilogy with Fighter and Beautiful MVs. I'll share my understanding of it: The boys are all rebelling against some sort of military occupation. Hyungwon is abused by his father (some theories say he's a religious figure, not sure if that's true), possibly because of his close relationship with Minhyuk. Minhyuk can't stand watching it anymore and burns down the father's (church?) business with Wonho and Changkyun. When Minhyuk returns, Hyungwon has committed suicide in the bathtub. Shownu's father (or grandfather?) is sick but Shownu doesn't have the money to afford his treatment. Jooheon gives him a gun so they can rob a store for the money, but by the time he gets back, the bed is empty and it's too late. He burns the money. Kihyun's storyline is the least clear but it seems he's struggling with some sort of illness or physical injury. The blue flowers have some sort of magic properties that the boys all use to heal themselves and bond together. At the beginning it feels like they don't really understand what they're getting into yet. They distill it into a liquid, which is what Shownu drinks and what Minhyuk pours into the bathtub that resurrects Hyungwon. (You can see his fingers move when they're laying together.) The blue heart thing at the end is super weird but I see it as the boys sort of committing to the rebellion (white outfits) and the blue flowers (pulsing heart in the sky) because, after everything they did, it's too late to turn back.
so we have this theory. In the beginning of the video, the guys are protecting those sellers from maybe police or from some higher force, clearly don't giving a sh*t about being shot, which I think means that those men aren't really that dangerous as they seem (is this makes sense in english? idk) So we assume that man who slapped HW was his father, who I think is a priest or something like that (there's a book in his hand) - earlier the boys weren't afraid to stand in front of a gun for some strangers, but they couldn't do anything to that man, that's why I think he's definitely HW's dad. But why would he slap his son? There comes the theory part. What would anger a priest (or the church itself) to the point that he harms his son? I think it's his sexuality. I think HW and MH may be a couple (I don't usually ship the members, but it makes sense here). So MH - not being able to watch that HW gets beaten up for something he can't control(his emotions) - takes the situation in his hands and blows that building in fire so it seems like HW's father/the church did that (I assume that X painted on the window is actually a cross). SN on the other hand: he clearly has a relative who is sick, and I think they can't afford medicines and hospital fees, so he calls JH to get guns to rob a store/bank idk what it is. But as we can see, he's too late and when he returns to his relative, they're already died. Him burning the money shows that he wouldn't need it, he would never do that if there wasn't for that person. They use that white mask to cover up the sins. HW's father put it on his son, MH and the other boys used it during the fire and SN during the robbery. That flower - well I don't think it really has a magical power or something, they just use it as something to give them strength, or hope. MH pouring that essence into the bath I assume means that he gave his "hope" to HW (who I think didn't actually die, just tried to- or he was just really sad), and SN drinking it after burning the money means the same. This is just what I saw from the mv, I obviously don't say it's the truth😊 and sorry if I made any mistakes or it isn't clear enough, english is not my first language:))

In the mv, you see poverty and abuse turning to robbery, violence, revenge and suicide etc which is, in my opinion, a really great representation of today's generation. A lot of debates sparked regarding Hyungwon and Minhyuk's relationship in this mv as well and that's why I think this is one of the best MVs they've created.
Though there's a possiblity that it could also be connected to the newer mvs I kinda doubt it since Jooheon seems to be leading the group for each mv:
All In - he started the cult/clan, Fighter - he was the source of the blue flower/kihyun offered a, possibly, dead body to him in the beginning of the mv + he appeared as a doctor giving members a 'gummy', Beautiful - he released all the members from the rooms
Okay i clicked on the notification without even knowing it was going to pop up. This freaked me out but I’m glad I did 😂
a major thing about this trilogy, for fans, was that the initials of the albums ended up spelling LGBT (Lost (this mv), Guilty (Fighter mv), BeauTiful (beautiful mv + shine forever re-package) and it's heavily implied that in this universe Hyungwon and Minhyuk are a couple (note the bathtub scene)

And I'm not the best person to tell about the story line but here are some theories that I've seen: Jooheon got Shownu a gun (in the alley) which Shownu used to rob a store (the security camera footage) to pay for treatment for his sick father (?? might be other family idk) but he was too late (he burned the money on the hospital bed) Hyungwon was getting beat up by someone assumed to be his father, I'm kinda fuzzy with the details it's been a while since I watched the videos back, but I don't think the rest of the members' storylines were shown at least in this video, I also can't remember how much the story progressed in the other mvs, also there's some kind of rebellion going on against an oppressive regime of some sort i guess (has been considered a metaphor for how LGBT people are mistreated but I'm still not fully aware of the theories) also I cannot remember for the life of me the theories surrounding the flowers so if someone else knows Please share your knowledge
The LGBT part has not been confirmed yet though. It's just an speculation.

And I did consider adding the fact that the speculation (note using the word speculation here too) where the T comes from (to the LGB) has been considered to be from the BeauTiful or LGB - Trilogy but I thought that it wasn't overly important of an issue to comment on.
Also It's not unheard of for kpop mvs to have parts that reference the LGBT community without outright saying it since it's not a topic often spoken openly about in South Korea, and sure it could just be a connection fans (especially those belonging the LGBT + community) came up with, which is why I tried to be clear about it being in no way official, but you being kinda confrontational and continuing to comment on this even after I both agreed with you and amended my original comment is unnecessary, especially since your second comment had nothing actually new to add to the topic.

Totally get you Ben with the swapping of weakens. Shownu is my bias. Kihyun and Wonho affect me Almost as much as Shownu. BUT depending on the video Min, IM, and Joohoen wreck me.. like the Fallow video Min was wrecking me alongside Wonho and Kihyun. I have given into the face that silver/white hair Min wrecks me bad.

I'm sure others have probably already said, but this MV is part of Monsta X's The Clan series. This is the first MV of the story-line. Fighter follows and is part 2. Beautiful is the third part of the trilogy and concludes the story. However, fans believe The Clan series is also somehow related to the Dramarama story-line and the Seven Deadly Sins story-line.
I don't know if you have ever reacted to any of their world tour VCRs (the Beautiful World Tour, The Connect Tour, or the We Are Here Tour), but these VCRs help to better understand their videos and how they connect. You should really react to (or just watch) The Beautiful World Tour VCR. It would help you understand more of what is going on, and how Trespass, All In (and even Fighter and Beautiful) are connected. This VCR basically explains the same story in the All In MV but in modern times and not some dystopian society.
Also, if you are interested in reacting to the VCRs, The Connect #2 VCR helps to explain the relationship between Dramarama and Destroyer (and Find You). The We Are Here VCR #2, and the Are You There [Previous Film] helps to connect Shoot Out, Alligator, and Find You. I'm pretty sure Shine Forever and Newton are somehow connect to all of these to, but I have a harder time connecting those MVs to all the other ones.
Oh, don't worry. I think I've changed wrecker at least 3 times per year. Like, seriously, every comeback I change it. This is why I always say that in Monstax - as for Got7 too - I have a bias, a wrecker and a jolly (the one that kills me differently according to the comeback) 🤷🏻♀️

There are significant links to other MVs ... the bathtub scene is a link, the flowers are groomed by Shownu in another ... not drugs ... a resurrection elixir (I think) ...
It is connected to other MVs but this is the first one, don't worry. It's a trilogy with Fighter and Beautiful MVs.
I'll share my understanding of it:
The boys are all rebelling against some sort of military occupation. Hyungwon is abused by his father (some theories say he's a religious figure, not sure if that's true), possibly because of his close relationship with Minhyuk. Minhyuk can't stand watching it anymore and burns down the father's (church?) business with Wonho and Changkyun. When Minhyuk returns, Hyungwon has committed suicide in the bathtub.
Shownu's father (or grandfather?) is sick but Shownu doesn't have the money to afford his treatment. Jooheon gives him a gun so they can rob a store for the money, but by the time he gets back, the bed is empty and it's too late. He burns the money.
Kihyun's storyline is the least clear but it seems he's struggling with some sort of illness or physical injury.
The blue flowers have some sort of magic properties that the boys all use to heal themselves and bond together. At the beginning it feels like they don't really understand what they're getting into yet. They distill it into a liquid, which is what Shownu drinks and what Minhyuk pours into the bathtub that resurrects Hyungwon. (You can see his fingers move when they're laying together.)
The blue heart thing at the end is super weird but I see it as the boys sort of committing to the rebellion (white outfits) and the blue flowers (pulsing heart in the sky) because, after everything they did, it's too late to turn back.
so we have this theory. In the beginning of the video, the guys are protecting those sellers from maybe police or from some higher force, clearly don't giving a sh*t about being shot, which I think means that those men aren't really that dangerous as they seem (is this makes sense in english? idk) So we assume that man who slapped HW was his father, who I think is a priest or something like that (there's a book in his hand) - earlier the boys weren't afraid to stand in front of a gun for some strangers, but they couldn't do anything to that man, that's why I think he's definitely HW's dad. But why would he slap his son? There comes the theory part. What would anger a priest (or the church itself) to the point that he harms his son? I think it's his sexuality. I think HW and MH may be a couple (I don't usually ship the members, but it makes sense here). So MH - not being able to watch that HW gets beaten up for something he can't control(his emotions) - takes the situation in his hands and blows that building in fire so it seems like HW's father/the church did that (I assume that X painted on the window is actually a cross).
SN on the other hand: he clearly has a relative who is sick, and I think they can't afford medicines and hospital fees, so he calls JH to get guns to rob a store/bank idk what it is. But as we can see, he's too late and when he returns to his relative, they're already died. Him burning the money shows that he wouldn't need it, he would never do that if there wasn't for that person.
They use that white mask to cover up the sins. HW's father put it on his son, MH and the other boys used it during the fire and SN during the robbery.
That flower - well I don't think it really has a magical power or something, they just use it as something to give them strength, or hope. MH pouring that essence into the bath I assume means that he gave his "hope" to HW (who I think didn't actually die, just tried to- or he was just really sad), and SN drinking it after burning the money means the same.
This is just what I saw from the mv, I obviously don't say it's the truth😊 and sorry if I made any mistakes or it isn't clear enough, english is not my first language:))
Yes it's not the traditionnal MX concept. But it's realy artistic on it way. They realy wanted to do something different and show support to the lgbt community. Respect ❤
