It’s so easy to forget just how easy it is for Jokic to punish defenses for the tiniest mistakes. A missed switch, a bad screen, a poor initial halfcourt defensive setup are all instantly punished by Jokic and it doesn’t help when his shooters just don’t miss. The pass Jokic had to Braun in the corner from the post when DLo was stuck in a 1v2 on the backside is a perfect example. It’s a system issue, and Jokic exploited it.
Wow can Pen be hard to watch. NEVER lets anyone get their points off and complains like a baby. Whenever he tries to make a point he has to go on a 15 min soliloquy, and God forbid you disagree with him… YOUR opinion is wrong. He also tries to hog the mic, like bro there’s 5 other guys up here we wanna listen to. Then throws a wittle tantrum when someone else talks. I like Pen and some of his takes, but recently he just has been insufferable.
