This is what I have packed for my labor and delivery. I'm sharing what I packed for baby, daddy and myself. I tried packing only absolute necessities. I really didn't want to overpack and I don't I did. We each have a bag each. Hope this is helpful for you if you're a first time parent or just don't know were to begin with packing!

I had the best experience with my last delivery. Hospital accommodated daddy and mommy with a going home dinner and two cider mini bottles. I love the mesh panties as well. So glad to see this vid it's been 8 yrs since my last one and need a refreshing up on what to take. Due March 5th

I’m currently 26 weeks pregnant with my first baby, my son is due May 19th and I am so overwhelmed already with what to do or pack. This video was very helpful, all other lists I’ve seen or things my other mommy friends have told me just seemed a little excessive. You kept it minimal. Thank you so much!

Thank you this was by far the best video I’ve seen yet! It’s realistic and minimal. I keep finding videos where mamas ramble on for 10 min before they get to the point and then pack 50 diapers (literally) and pack so many unnecessary items such as razors and what not. Although each hospital is different on what they provide, This is great for first time moms who feels clueless as to what they need to pack so thank you!!

bpjog25 depends on the hospital you’re delivering at! I actually didn’t need anything for baby besides a going home outfit, mittens, socks, beanie (bc I don’t like the hospital pink blue & white one lol) & a blanket 😊
bpjog25 plus I had baby at 8 in the night & went home around 2 pm next day so I didn’t stay long there!

I packed the same pink blanket but in grey since I’m having a boy😭 but finally someone who didn’t over pack😊 can’t wait to meet her! Congrats 😊

I never had a hospital bag, since hospital here in Austria is like a hotel everything you need is all there and hospital staff doesn't like to use your personal things specially for baby hospital provide everything, even baby clothes and etc.

If any mommys get engorged at any time hop in a very warm shower to expel that lumped milk. Get some relief then pump once your at a comfortable amount. Don't want to waste that liquid Gold.! Helps so much. !

I've been watching so many videos about what to bring to the hospital and like you mentioned, people pack way too much stuff, like makeup and eyelashes! Like its not a vacation, it's labor! I love how you mentioned bringing joggers. What a great idea! I was thinking, why wear leggings if your nether regions are gonna be swollen and painful? I'm literally on Walmart.com right now buying a pair of joggers, a cami and a cheap robe. I need a faja also, a nice old school one. Where is yours from? From what I gather babies are hella expensive so why spend so much to give birth. I'm so scared of the pain and recovery but I'm sure it will be worth it! New subbie!

Thank you girl I'm 36 weeks right now and I don't have my bag ready this is my 2nd pregnancy as well but they are 7 years apart and I had NO bag the first time so I been looking on Pinterest and everything as well and it seems like women pack their whole lives but I don't remember needing all that lol this was very simple and helpful and gave me a great idea of what to pack
My favorite tip was about the dad's bringing is the Zip up sweater

Ok I honestly love that you’re out of breath cuz it lets me know I’m not the only one lol
It's so hard to not over pack. I have a huge huge like ..airline luggage bag because I need to feel at home wherever I go due to severe anxiety. Which means bringing everything that makes me comfy...like books, PJ's, a blanket. Etc. Baby girl has maybe 6 outfits (two short sleeve/two long sleeve/two footed onesies) socks, etc. I have toiletries, depends, lip chap, waterbottle, baby wipes, diapers, blankets for baby (X2). I live in Canada so healthcare is free, but you need to bring all the baby's stuff and stuff for yourself. Which I think is totally fair.

Nail clippers are the best tip ever because my husband is the same! Might come in handy lol! Also, I found this video super helpful and realistic, I have seen many videos and some just bring sooo much stuff... There is no way I'm gonna use all that! So I'll try to keep it minimal :)
After giving birth I also put on a waist trainer
Mrs. Blue Orbit the 1st 3 days yes but after it was actually comfortable. It really helped my back.
