super special nitong iyong fried rice, Irene :)
ang rich ng colour ng mga eggs, at napakasosyal, may pa-scallops and prawns pang ganap! yumm na yumm!
btw, ang gamit ko palang beater dun sa video ay K**ch*nA*d, speed 8 for 3 minutes for maximum volume ng mga egg whites.
