    Do your macarons have shorter feet or taller feet? What do you prefer?

    I like tall feet. I think they look really nice. Also, thank you so much for the ingredient ratios! I definitely took a screenshot for that. You da best! 👍

    Thank you for sharing all these tips, Michelle. I’m still figuring out my oven and what’s the best temperature for my Macs. I use two thermometers. One in front and one in middle rack. The middle one obviously is hotter that the front by 25-30 degrees. I noticed the feet would rise and go down as you’ve mentioned on the video but they start browning and get over baked at 325 if I don’t lower the temp. So, I lower the heat or put a tray on top rack to prevent this. What advise can you give me please to what I’m doing wrong. Ty

    I’ve divided your recipe to 5 and it gives me a full tray but I might be making them kinda thin and that might be the problem with mine

    Do you weigh your egg whites before or after the aging process?

    Hi Michelle thank you for your tips I'll definitely consider it, but I've a question why only my chocolate macarons doesn't have tall feet? Its not happen with plain macarons only with chocolate macarons I'm using Hershey special dark cocoa 5 to 6 grams in small batch. Please help me out. Thank you so much for your pro tips and tricks which helped me a lot to make perfect mac's. 😊

    Do you get a different meringue when you use an electric hand mixer compared to when you use a stand mixer?

    • @sarahniazi6332
      @sarahniazi6332 3 ปีที่แล้ว

      not necessarily, i've had more success with a stand mixer than a hand mixer, but that's just because i'm more used to it. i've gotten great results with a hand mixer too, but my hand gets tired quickly.

    Can you share at what temperature the macaron should be baked and how long exactly? I tried baked at 140c but the temp is too low, the macarons not baked. I tried at 160c, the macarons got cracked. So I assume 150c is the temp but i baked them at 40-50 minutes. If i baked at shorter time, the inside will go undercooked. I have confusion on this part.

      Half a teaspoon for every cup of egg whites.

      I always add 1/4 tsp. Every single batch, regardless of size.
