"Just leave the needle gun" is so funny in 2021 when it's now arguably the best weapon in cartels.

Good stuff K6. Been doing this method for a while to farm and honestly, cuts down so much time. Have a tough time getting URAD Yellowcake but I have gotten 6 or more of the 300% opq's and tons of other junk.

Playing on Mayhem 3 farming these mini bosses & I honestly wanted the OPq system but 2nd I really wanted is the Iceburger!
Now that I have all the guns from cartel, I can't wrap my head around when ppl think the iceburger is weak or not worth using. It's always performed crazy good with my maxed Zane build. Give it a try with some shotgun damage class mod & relic. One of my personal favs
What a wonderful thing to refresh to
Ive found using the grease trap with zaynes clone is fantastic, you can sit on grease mode and the clone will constantly do the splash nova with the regular fire mode. Can make very quick work of enemies, although horrible against shields

Using fade away flak with opq system with the 200% active skill is crazy fun
Well I finally got my OPQ! And also quickly found out on accident that you can shoot TWO opq systems if you fire when mozes skill kicks in and doesn't use ammo for that 4th shot. Woot wooooot

Just farmed a couple for my nephew just in case it ends, we both play two players so we can get the weapons we needed before it’s over.
I have 4 OPQ's right now, 2 with the 150% Rad while under 50% HP and one with the 300% while enemies are over 90%HP I've been hoping to find Zane's Cryo and Flak's Rad ones but I'm not sure if I'll have enough time.
What a shame haven't played this in like 3 weeks now. I'm instead playing the nintendo switch releases, it's really cool being able to play the borderlands games wherever I'm at, playing Roland for the first time on the first game.
For Zane if I have my drone out and my shield active does on action skill end anoitments work for him like on his guns if I had a ase 100% or would they only work once my skills are done

Right, my tv broke and k started the cartel weeks late. Thankfully its been extended. They should add the weapons to the world pool after events end

I usually go to Athenas to farm rings, plus when there is a golden beacon. Tyrone will always spawn.
Going to the Maliwan Takedown area is the best place to get the decoder rings. You can get them all by staying in the Ratch area.

I don't care about the yellowcake or the fishslap, but they really should add O.P.Q. System to the game. I can't think of any good or decent Atlas legendary. carrier, rebel yell... pff...
The one weapon I say is a great atlas weapon is OP q-system little brother, Q-system. Shreds through anything. It's just a purple.
Number 92!! I live the cartel event. I got all the goals done the week it came out
I like to use the anvil on eden 6 to get cartel things to unlock the villa, due to there's just so many higher enemies there and the loot can be nice while getting cartel things. I can run that whole place, not counting the boss at end, and get 25-35 legendaries or more depending on luck(usually done on m10) while getting things to unlock cartel.

I had horrible luck with this event trying to get the M10 variants with the annointments I wanted. In the end, after nearly 4 straight weeks of continuous farming, I had only got 2 out of 5 annointments and called it quits right there. But since this event is ending in a couple days, I will hit up Villa Ultraviolet one more time just to look around and appreciate the view.
The Scraptraps are my choice for decoder rings
If you are farming Scrapteaps then there really in no need to go to the Villa. I just stay at Scraptraps. That's where I got my Yellowcake and OPQs from

So, I watched you use the yellow cake as a direct hitter... isn't lobbing it so the first divide and then the second divide all 4 splash on enemy higher DPS? M10 Captain Traunt 1 hit on Moze.
i've been farming this on xbox one for a couple weeks now. great live event content. however, I have yet to get a OPQ system. any ideas what I'm doing wrong? I've had a bunch of noPewPews and YellowCakes

Anyone know if farming the mini bosses has changed? No matter how many times I save/quit I end up with fish slap and roaster.
If you have dlc, i usually farm the ring on the scraptrap boss, they spawn alot of the cartel enemies and the cartels also fight the scraptrap so its not so hard farming them
Fighting the Scraptraps in the compacter is the fastest way I find to collect decoder rings. Not only that, the scraptraps help by fighting the cartel as well.
What is better element for Guardian Takedown , shock or radiation ?
I've gotten an OPQ with 191 on the weapon card with the 150 rad, but I'm still looking for the same one with Phasecast. I've gotten all of the new weapons with Phasecast, but not all of them with perfect parts. Only about 60 hours left to get it and I'm grinding nonstop to try n get em!!
The Scraptrap Nest is also a good farm, although the bosses aren't guaranteed.
Recently played the pre-sequel to see if it really was as terrible as its reputation and I found a legendary shield (in a vending machine) called "The Cradle" and it releases a grenade when your shield breaks but explodes usually before you can get away so the grenade ends up killing you most of the time. Pretty similar to the wattson, probably 5 times as useless though.
I have the 300% increased weapon damage modifier on a non-elemental Hyperfocus XZ41- is it worth it?

I've only been playing borderlands for about a month and a half as I needed a well deserved break from destiny but is it just me or is no pew pew , opq, kaiason , yellow cake , and sandhawk pretty much the only real viable options on mayham10. I play a moze minesweeper splash damage type of build.
Yeah. This Thursday is going to be a patch that fixes that though so more weapons should be viable

Hellshock is also a viable weapon for Moze.
@@kylebar1398 alright thanks. It was my favorite weapon when playing the story mode. I got one dropped on mayham10 and tried it but just didn't seem like it was doing much. Maybe I just need a better one.
pretty sure a non x2 full auto kaoson is the best moze weap outside of a yellowcake which is OP on everyone
If you’re a Bloodletter Moze, all while below 50% health do bonus 150% elemental damage a anointment will always be active. My OP.Q with +160% radiation basically shoots constant shock and radiation explosions 💥
I've been living on the Scraptrap farm for weeks now. I've went up over 250 guardian ranks farming that spot. I'm gonna mis the Cartel event....best event so far.
Scraptrap prime minions in the compactor is unreal fast
Another thing gearbox said that the “limited time anoints” are staying in the game after the event
Kaizaro123 meaning they will still be in the game and will have a chance to be on weapons you are farming for. Along with other anoints

I farmed the claptrap nest and that seems to be the best place for all the Cartel gear. I just cant get a good Yellowcake drop

Me and my brother just brought the game and killed Joey around level 11 we got the opq, yellow cake, wattson and firewall first run and pretty much one shot all the bosses from kill gigamind to the rampager

The Scrap Trap area in dlc 1 is the fastest way for sure. After one quick run you’ll have gotten all the decoder rings.
Been tryna farm yellow cake on mayhem 10 that shit is insanely hard
I farm anthinas. Run at kaoson and tyruss is the only boss that spawns so no worries about tenderizer healing or rooster burning novas. I go through the entire map kill truant use the travel station after you kill him to go ultra violet
Scraptrap nest is easily one of the fastest places I've found to farm rings. Just drop in with a corrosive Lob and you'll have all your rings in literally a minute.
The needle gun can actually melt enemies with amara I got lucky and scored a +200% while action skill is active plus phase grasp it clears rooms
Hi, does anyone has a yellowcake x2 with 50hp 150% radiation ?
For some reason the OPQ System while I’m playing the Jakob dlc my game begins to glitch. like the audio and my OPQ fires funny or weird. The OPQ is supposed to feel like that? The glitch part happens whit the ride too.

It seems that you cannot spawn both minibosses down at Joeys place anymore for this 1 weapon. I could not get franco Firewall and Jose together (OPQ) or Tyrone and Fishslap (Yellowcake). It was possible at the beginning, now its not happening. Hotfix maybe? PS4 btw.
I got killed multiple times by that wattson shield, and i never found out what caused those orbs to shoot out of me and kill me. Now i know lol
Does anyone else (PC) experience no legendary drops from cartel named enemies after 10ish save/quits? Only fix i found is to close bl3 and steam completely for legendaries to drop again

Yea that’s how I farm everything with split screen co-op so I get double drops and chances just make sure ur alt character is at max level and set mode to cooperation

Actually, the fastest and easiest location for gathering 30 decoder rings (especially if you are on first-playthrough for that character) is Pandora, The Droughts. Because all bandits (and Cartel bandits that beam in) are all 2nd or 3rd level. Sure you get no loots, but your purpose is to gather the decoder rings quick. You wanna not waste time, and get to Joey Ultraviolet quick? Go to any bandit camp in the Droughts and walk through everyone and not take any damage. Reinvent bloodsplosion, gather up rings, and get back to Maurice who has the portal to the REAL loots.
Fun Fact: The FishSlap melee damage pays homage to Chris Farley' Haru from Beverly Hills Ninja

None of the drops you own will disappear, just the means to obtain them

No trouble getting loads of Wattsons and Needle Guns. OPQ System, Yellowcake and NoPewPew very scarce and never scaled to Mayhem. Probably have better luck getting a 94 Sham
It is the 4th and there isn't any update or changes to BL3 on xbox. . .
