Thanks for this very helpful video! I have a full spine fusion from T1-L3 so finding modified positions can be very hard - appreciate the slow and clear explanations and examples of what NOT to do were very helpful!
Been 10 months am suffering from lower back pain because of gym. Sir. My MRI report says "minimally bulged annulus at L4-L5 level indenting thecal sac and compromising neutral canal bilaterally" I am having morepain whenever I sit and pain exists all over time. Pls help me what kind of exercise I should do??? 1)Shall I do push ups? 2) triceps dips? 3) lateral raise for shoulders? 4)bench press by keeping back curvature support? 5)Pull ups? 6) Dumbbell flys? 7) Skull crushers? 8) Inclined Dumbbell ? Pls help me
@@ArunKumar-sc3gz Don't do pushups at all in your condition till it recovers and it can take a while. Lie on your back and get dumbbells and do chest workouts with them and be very careful when you finish and dropping the dumbbells. Also you can try the variations here they look fine, like with your knees. I strained all my lower back 5 months ago totally, to the highest level and all the muscles down there were torn. After recover,y from my first pushups workout I strained it again for a week as it has become super sensitive. It is annoying but all you can do is healing exercises for the back and the lower back, streching, walking in a proper posture and eventually running. Your doctor will have to recommend which exercises you should focus on for your back before recovery, forget pushups now and find another alternative. You can get resistance bands and do cable crosses and movements where you are standing up.

Same here
Should we use gym belt while doing every exercise ?
I was wondering that for push ups
No
No. Only for heavy heavy lifting. Using belt for everything will make your core lazy.
