After practicing yoga postures for 7 years every day,I stopped it all together and went to the gym instead. My back pain is at its minimum. He talks sense. Take it easy and observe your body reacting to different movements and through that find out what works for you specifically,even if it means stopping something that you were convinced is good for you
This is just unique to your pain profile. Sitting is just not the common trigger for you. Standing needs to be addressed and a pain relief street set in place.
@ correct. I have to sit to relieve the pain. I’ve stopped all squats with heavy weight. But I still use weight with lunges. I rarely have pain when I’m working out as well. But walking long distances is torture and standing longer than 2 minutes nightmare. I miss lifting weights like i normally did. I feel like my life is incomplete 😩 Is this something you can treat? Can I set up a consultation for this type lower back pain?
