Good, job Chef 2! You can now take some rest and ask Chef 1 to take over. Chef 2, time to chip in again! Bake the macarons at 140-degree celsius for 30-35 minutes. Take the macaron shells out of the oven and let them cool. Once they have cooled completely, you can start filling them with a filling of your choice. Voila! If reducing is required, should I refrigerate it overnight before whipping it? 2. Is icing sugar same as powdered sugar? 3. Can I use granulated sugar instead of caster sugar? If so, would the measurement be 1:1? 4. For matcha version, how much matcha should be used for the batter? 5. For strawberry, raspberry, or blueberry versions, can I add pulverized freeze dried ones? 6. For filling, can I use whipped coconut cream or coconut butter instead of vegan butter to make matcha, strawberry, raspberry, or blueberry macarons? 7.
