I'm yet again astounded at the wonderful production and execution of such a cover. I'm so happy that the cast from Tokimeki Runners came back. You ladies knocked it out of the park. I wrote lines for a Love Live cypher, since anime cyphers seem to be gaining popularity, but I don't know any of the skillsets or people to make it happen and wonder if my lines bring justice to the characters. For instance, I have Ayumu's verse as: Just like a little flower slowly blooms, I’m stepping towards my dream Though often we sing solo we practice together as a team When I saw Yu behold Aqours and μ's, your eyes began to gleam Supporting my childhood friend, my singing will make your face beam Nijigasaki school idol club hosts a rainbow of vibrant personalities I’m pushed with my practice by my peers but don’t neglect my school responsibilities All my past fears, I must say good-bye namida when I glance at mirai harmonies I’ll sing my song again, this kaika sengen, I’ve vanquished all my insecurities So it really is amazing to see all the talent that you all have. I’ve seen this video in my recommended several times and every time I was afraid to watch it. This particular song has become my favorite ED song in Love Live and I was afraid that I would hate this if I listened to this rendition it. Boy was I wrong, because this is amazing! Obviously it’s difficult to transfer all the same meaning but it holds together really well and all the singers are spectacular! A genuinely pleasant surprise for how much I dreaded it.
