But what is strange is a week after she received her approval, I received an i797, even though dated 1 day before her letter, also saying she had been approved, but “they (meaning her) should submit a copy of this notice (my received I-797) with a form I-485 “ (which they say I can get off the USCIS website.). Submit to who? Why, if she’s been approved? And if they have my I-485, why would I download it from them to submit it back to them?
