To meditate remain consciously aware, and let the body be still. do not expect a result, the result will manifest in other ways. you may feel more energized with less mental jumpiness afterward. The greater you commit to meditation, the more it will commit to you, so be careful!!!

Osho never cease to amaze me. It's as if he knows everything about everything in the world; from Russian novelist, the Japanese language and even the chakras.
I think so too.
I found osho in 2008 and read him till date.
He also knows about the least famous persian poets, and a famous wise fool - who I'd been told about by old mountainous people!
He was quite a READER!
He once had said, in one of his talks, that, in college maybe, he would buy books with his rent money and then read those books sleeping on the streets.
All because he was filled with questions amd he badly wanted answers.
So I assume he turned to every literature, teaching or study

These are nicely edited and produced videos. Of course, people are doing it for the money . . . and you have to be aware of that at the margins. It's NOT different than anything else in life in that respect . . .
There is much Intervention of the uploaders in the title of the video contrasted to what he says..videos uploaded by followers in Hindi are better as they are devoid of marketing gimmicks.. misleading with titles
