In today's episode, we have with us Ma Anand Sheela. extremely humbling to have her on the show, and record this beautiful episode at our space. At age 18, she moved to the United States and attended her education in New Jersey. She returned to India in 1972 to pursue spiritual studies with her husband. They soon became disciples of the Indian guru Rajneesh (OSHO) and Sheela took the name Ma Anand Sheela. She is someone who was firsthand of Bhagawan Rajneesh aka OSHO. She was directly working with OSHO, they left India and established an ashram in the United States, in 1981.

Despite what the comments section say, I feel she answered the question appropriately. You have to read OSHO's books to understand that he taught Tantra and not Yoga. Tantra means do what is right with repsect and freedom for the other. Yoga says to keep limits.

In osho's words this female, ( I don't think she deserves to be addressed decently) while her husband was suffering from cancer wanted osho to be their savior because the doctors had said that he had only two years to live. Meditation extended his life span to eight more years. The day he crossed two years she started dating other guys, getting them to their room for night stay and that man had no other option but to see, hear and undergo mental trauma because of her. She earned rather looted as much as she could from osho and his ashram and secured her future that's all she is.

At such a young age, he is interviewing such great personalities is in itself a tough job . But the way he humbly carries the shows is amazing. Talking with Sri M, Sadhguru n then Acharya Prashant n now Sheela is indeed a great talent n needs immense patience. Keep it up Ranveer !

I have listened to a multitude of Osho's lectures. Maybe only .001 % of it is on Sexuality. But people stress on this minuscule percent of whatever he had to say.

Never rely on Sheela for truly understanding Osho. It you want to understand him the only way is through him. Moreover some of the books written in his name are written by sanyasins which can't be relied upon. Choose your source of knowledge wisely if you want to know Osho else it might make you build misconceptions about him.
In my view, best way to know Osho is his lectures there are numerous on youtube.
