I edit my gaming videos down from 5-7 hours of raw footage to 5-10 minutes and voiceover is crucial. I don't think I can do an unedited video every again, editing makes everything better ❤️ yours was phenomenal

When I started I uploaded raw videos, my last two vids are at least edited lol.
@@RapidFries yeah my first few were raw unedited gameplay with me just talking and they performed poorly only the one with a clickbaity title getting over 300 views. Everything else under 150 views, most of which came from curious new subs after I started posting edited content.
Once I got my editing down I have been able to grow much much faster. Now I am regularly able to clear 2000 views on videos usually getting around 1200-1500 views depending on the topic.
@@CitiesByDiana Nice! I’v been learning editing stuff like slow motion & motion tracking. I average 10-30 views atm. But iv only started uploading a week ago. I do have vids from a year ago when I tried TH-cam in the past.
I gotta say, my favorite thing about this video was being able to see the time pass as you made it. Something I've been really self-conscious about is how long some of my edits take to do. I sometimes feel like I take way too much time for the product that it ends up becoming and I feel a sense of embarrassment when I try to share it. But being able to see you edit this video, with the final product being around 2-3 minutes taking as much time as you did to edit it really restored a bit of confidence in myself. Thanks for that

It took me years to be able to tell which clips to include and which to cut. Being able to tell if a funny moment is ACTUALLY a funny moment definitely took me a long time lol. It sounds very simple but its Probably one of the most hardest but important things i had to learn when creating content. If you know, you know haha. Goodluck fellow creators!

My editing so far was spending days chopping up hours of footage into twenty minute educational videos
I learned that manually stretching or squishing clips to sync them with a scripted voice-over is one of the best ways to slow down the editing process
Dude your editing is unreal man. Where do recommend someone learn this stuff? I have davinci resolve but only played around with it a couple times. Stay awesome dude

When I started my channel, I underestimated how much music makes a difference. A clip with relevant dead air, requires some music at like -20db to remove the silence.
My motivation increases every time a new finzar video drops
